D	Dimitra Tsiachti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα 2 προϊόντα από το κατάστημα (μαξιλάρι και μπουρνούζι). Το μαξιλάρι ήταν μια χαρά, το μπουρνούζι ήταν ελαττωματικό. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω / εξηγήσω το πρόβλημα με την εταιρία αλλά δεν βρήκα κατανόηση. Η αιτιολογία ήταν ότι επικοινώνησα "αργά" σε σχέση με την παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Τα προϊόντα έφτασαν 20 Ιουνίου και η αναφορά για το ελαττωματικό προϊόν έγινε 3/8. Γιατί; Γιατί το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι το μπουρνούζι άφηνε χνούδια παντού! Έκανα 3 προσπάθειες να πλύνω το προϊόν πριν καταλήξω στο ότι η κατάσταση δεν αλλάζει, οπότε και επικοινώνησα (email & τηλ). Η πρώτη απάντηση ήταν ότι θα με καλέσουν προς τέλος Αυγούστου γιατί ήταν σε καθεστώς διακοπών ο υπεύθυνος που θα μπορούσε να διαχειριστεί το παράπονο. Δεν με κάλεσε κανείς πίσω τέλος Αυγούστου. Έκανα δύο ακόμη απόπειρες και δεν άλλαξε κάτι. Σε παρόμοιες περιπτώσεις από την μέχρι τώρα εμπειρία μου σε αγορές (είτε online, είτε από κατάστημα) όταν πελάτης δηλώνει ότι υπάρχει ελάττωμα υπάρχει κατανόηση και συνήθως ζητούν επιστροφή του ελαττωματικού προϊόντος (προκειμένου να επιστραφεί στην προμηθεύτρια εταιρία) και έπειτα το αντικαθιστούν με καινούριο. Αυτή η εταιρία δεν το κάνει. Οριακά θα έλεγα ότι με κατηγόρησαν κιόλας ότι από δική μου υπαιτιότητα το προϊόν "χάλασε". I bought 2 products from the store (pillow and bathrobe). The pillow was fine, the bathrobe was defective. I tried to communicate / explain the problem with the company but I did not find understanding. The reason was that I contacted "late" regarding the receipt of the product. The products arrived on June 20 and the report for the defective product was made 3/8. Why; Because the problem was that the bathrobe left fluff everywhere! I made 3 attempts to wash the product before I came to the conclusion that the situation does not change, so I contacted (email & tel). The first answer was that I would be called at the end of August because the person in charge who could handle the complaint was on vacation. No one called me back at the end of August. I made two more attempts and nothing changed. In similar cases from my experience so far in shopping (either online or from a store) when a customer states that there is a defect there is understanding and they usually ask for return of the defective product (in order to be returned to the supplier company) and then replace it with a new one. This company does not. I would marginally say that I was already accused that the product "spoiled" through my own fault.

D	Daniel Von Trier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογο κατάστημα. Υπήρξε ένα μικρό μπέρδεμα το οποίο διαχειριστηκαν ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΟΤΑΤΑ. Το έχω πει και το ξαναλέω. Τοπικά καταστήματα πάντα , όχι μεγάλες αλυσίδες καταστημάτων. Flawless shop. There was a little confusion which was managed PROFESSIONALLY. I have said it and I say it again. Local stores always, not big chain stores.

Άψογη και συνεχής επικοινωνία καθόλη την διάρκεια αναμονής της παραγγελίας βέβαια. Όταν παρέλαβα.. το ένα από τα δύο πήλινα ειδώλια του σετ ήταν σπασμένο σε αρκετά σημεία.. προφανώς κατά την διάρκεια μεταφοράς από την ταχυμεταφορική προήλθε η φθορά.. επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα και άμεση αντικατάσταση αυτού. Despite the wait due to a supplier of the store + of the fact that it was mediated on the 15th of August, there was, of course, a justified delay. Flawless and continuous communication throughout the waiting period of the order of course. When I received .. one of the two clay figurines of the set was broken in several places .. obviously during transport by courier the wear occurred .. contact with the store and immediate replacement.

Μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη εξαρχής όσον αφορά την ταχεία παράδοση, σε άριστη κατάσταση, του επίπλου που επέλεξα, και έτσι και έγινε. Δέχτηκα εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε ζήτησα από την Λίλα Κορμαρή στο να αποκτήσω αυτό που ήθελα. Την ευχαριστώ πολύ, σίγουρα αν θα έψαχνα κάτι παρόμοιο για το σπίτι μου θα επικοινωνούσα ξανά μαζί της. I called this store because I was looking for some specific rugs for my home. I received excellent service in everything I asked from Lila Kormari to get what I wanted. Thank you very much, for sure if I was looking for something similar for my home I would contact her again.
