★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το γιατρό εσπευσμένα, μιας ο δικός μου γυναικολόγος ήταν εκτός. Ωραίος χώρος, ο γιατρός πρόθυμος να απαντήσει όλες τις ερωτήσεις και να καταγράψει όλο το ιστορικό. Ωστόσο, όταν έφτασε η ώρα της πληρωμής μου είπε ότι θα μου στείλε με email την απόδειξη, λέγοντας ότι θα είναι λίγο μικρότερο το ποσό ( απο τα 50 για άλλη εξέταση!! - Όχι τεστ ΠΑΠ). Συμφώνησα και μετά από λίγη ώρα έλαβα μηδενική απόδειξη!!!
Έπειτα, έκανα όλες τις εξετάσεις που μου είπε ο γιατρός και ενώ τις έστειλα με email Δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση. Προσπάθησα να καλέσω στο γραφείο, χωρίς να λάβω απάντηση και χωρίς κανείς να με καλέσει πίσω. Μέχρι και σήμερα καμία απάντηση και έχει περάσει ένας μήνας. Θεωρώ αντιεπαγγελματικη την όλη συμπεριφορά και δε θα τον πρότεινα σε καμία.
I visited the doctor in a hurry, as my gynecologist was out. Nice place, the doctor willing to answer all the questions and record the whole history. However, when the time came for the payment, he told me that he would email me the receipt, saying that the amount would be a little smaller (from 50 for another examination !! - No Pap test). I agreed and after a while I received zero receipt !!!
Then, I did all the tests that the doctor told me and while I sent them by email I did not receive any answer. I tried to call the office, without receiving an answer and without anyone calling me back. To date no answer and a month has passed. I consider the whole behavior unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone.
