D	Damianos Akritidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακραν η χειρότερη εταιρια κουριερ,εχει ερθει το δεμα μου εδω και 2 μερες και κανονιζουμε και ραντεβού συγκεκριμένη ωρα,παιρνω αδεια απ την δουλεια και δεν τον φαιρνουν λενε δεν το κανονισαμε, την επόμενη μερα να το φερουμε.Πολυ ανευθυνοι!!! By far the worst corporate courier, my parcel has been here for 2 days and we arrange and make appointments at a specific time, I get a leave of absence from work and they say we didn't arrange it, the next day we bring it in. Very irresponsible !!!

Μ	ΜΙΝΑ ΜΠΙΤΣΟΥΔΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτοι!!!! Το κλασικό.... Υποτίθεται πως έρχονται και αφήνουν και χαρτάκι. Τίποτα από αυτά δεν έγινε αφού υπήρχε συνέχεια άτομο στο σπίτι και χαρτάκι πουθενά! Πήρα 100 φορές για να πιάσω γραμμή & πόση ώρα αναμονή και μου έκαναν την χάρη μετά από φωνές να το στείλουν και καλά ως επείγον για Δευτέρα ! την Δευτέρα ο διανομέας δεν έβρισκε το σπίτι! Αναρωτιέμαι γιατί αφού υποτίθεται είχε ξαναέρθει.... unacceptable !!!! The classic .... It is supposed to come and leave paper too. None of this happened because there was a person in the house and a blanket everywhere! I got 100 times to catch the line & how long the wait was over and they did me a favor after shouting it out and good as an emergency on Monday! on Monday the distributor couldn't find the house! I am wondering why after supposedly he had come back ....

Μετά από μια μέρα περιθώριο που μου ζήτησαν, γνωρίζοντας το περιοχομενο με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι μπορούν να παραδώσουν το δέμα μου στο εξωτερικό κάτι που δεν έγινε καθώς δεν πέρασε το τελωνείο όπως έπρεπε να γνωρίζουν. Κάτι που όλες οι υπόλοιπες εταιρείες κούριερ που ρώτησα κατόπιν με ενημέρωσαν αμέσως. Ξόδεψα πάνω από 100 ευρώ για να στείλω το δέμα και δεν μου τα επέστρεψαν ποτέ, δεν ανέλαβαν καμία ευθύνη για το λάθος τους ούτε καν ζήτησαν μια συγνώμη. Όταν ζήτησα τα χρήματα που δικαιούμαι ήταν πολύ επιθετικοί και φυσικά δεν βγάλαμε άκρη έπρεπε να τους ζητήσω και ευχαριστω που γύρισε το δέμα πισω. Τα δέμα με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα παραδοθεί μεταξύ 10 και 3 το μεσημέρι αλλά ήρθαν 9 και έλειπα. Καμία συνεννόηση πολύ αγενείς. Σώστε χρόνο και χρήμα και ψάξτε αλλού Unused and uninformed. After a day of asking for a margin, knowing the area, they assured me that they could deliver my parcel abroad, which did not happen as they did not go through customs as they should have known. Something that all the other courier companies I asked after informed me immediately. I spent over 100 euros to send the parcel and they never returned it to me, they did not take any responsibility for their mistake or even apologize. When I asked for the money I was entitled to they were very aggressive and of course we did not get an edge I had to ask them and thank you for returning the parcel. The parcels informed me that it would be delivered between 10 and 3 at noon but 9 came and I was missing. No communication very rude. Save time and money and look no further

P	Padelis Nikit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη μέρα παράδοσης, καμιά ενημέρωση ότι θα παραλάβω εκείνη τη μέρα και όπως είναι λογικό έλειπα.. επικοινωνώ με τν κούριερ, με παραπέμπει στα κεντρικά και κανονίζουμε να δρομολογηθεί εκ νέου η παραγγελία την επόμενη ημέρα... Δεύτερη ημέρα παράδοσης, επίσης καμια ενημέρωση για παραλαβή, αλλά εφόσον έχουμε μιλήσει τηλεφωνικά περιμένω το δέμα μου...δεν ήρθε ποτέ! Ανταυτου με κάλεσαν από τα κεντρικά, δεν το είδα και τους κάλεσα λίγες ώρες αργότερα...η κυρία που μίλησα δεν ήξερε γιατί δεν ήρθε το δέμα, δεν ήξερε γιατί με κάλεσαν, δεν ήξερε έστω μια προτεινόμενη ώρα παράδοσης, πχ 10-2 για να Μν περιμένουμε πάλι ολόκληρη μερα μέσ' το σπιτι! Κανονίζουμε νέα δρομολόγηση για την επόμενη μέρα Τρίτη ημέρα παράδοσης επιτέλους μήνυμα αποστολής στο Viber και το δέμα ήρθε! Οργάνωση σίγουρα μπορεί να υπάρξει, θέληση δεν έχουν και παιδεία! First day of delivery, no information that I will receive that day and as it is logical I was missing .. I contact the courier, he refers me to the headquarters and we arrange to place the order again the next day ... Second day of delivery, also no information for receipt, but since we have talked on the phone I am waiting for my parcel ... it never came! Instead I was called from the headquarters, I did not see it and I called them a few hours later ... the lady I spoke to did not know why the package did not come, she did not know why they called me, she did not know even a suggested delivery time, eg 10-2 for Let's wait all day again in the house! We are arranging a new route for the next day Third day of delivery, finally a message was sent to Viber and the package arrived! There can definitely be organization, they have no will and no education!
Σ	Στρατουλα Παπαδοπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο σε μεταφορική!!!Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται!!Έχουν χάσει ένα δέμα μεγάλης αξίας και αυτό που έχουν να μου πουν είναι ότι περιμένουν να ψάξουν το φορτηγό του courier που είναι χωμένο(Η courier που υποτίθεται έχει το δέμα με διαβεβαίωσε ότι έχει ψάξει 3 φορές και δεν υπάρχει το δέμα στο φορτηγό)!!!Εντωμεταξύ από τα κεντρικά με διαβεβαιωνουν ότι μέχρι τς 5 θα έχω παραλάβει το δέμα μου !!!Μην χρησιμοποιήσετε για κανένα λόγο τν συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική απλά απαράδεκτη!!! Worse in transport !!! They do not know what is happening to them !! They have lost a package of great value and what they have to tell me is that they are waiting to look for the courier truck that is stuck (The courier who supposedly has the package assured me that has searched 3 times and there is no parcel in the truck) !!! In the meantime, the central offices assure me that by 5 I will have received my parcel !!! Do not use for any reason this particular transport is simply unacceptable !!!
