★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανεκπαίδευτο και ανίδεο προσωπικό. Ζητήσαμε αναλυτικά, ακριβώς τα προϊόντα που θέλαμε, και μας ήρθαν άλλα ντ' άλλων. 4-5 λάθη σε μία παραγγελία. Απαράδεκτο.
 Untrained and ignorant staff. We asked in detail, exactly the products we wanted, and others came to us. 4-5 errors in one order. Unacceptable.

Στα αρνητικά του είναι ότι δεν έχει όλα τα προϊόντα στην έκθεση ώστε να τα βλέπουν ζωντανά οι πελάτες. Ιδιαίτερα ακριβές τιμές και το προσωπικό δεν είναι τόσο καταρτισμένο.
Good store. It has a wide range of products.
On the downside, it does not have all the products on display so that customers can see them live. Highly expensive prices and the staff is not so trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μετά την αγορά προϊόντων που έχω βιώσει ποτέ. Το προσωπικό χρειάζεται επειγόντως εκπαίδευση στην διαχείριση πελατών. Κατόρθωσα και έφυγα από το κατάστημα με πολλά νεύρα.
The worst customer service after buying products I have ever experienced. Staff urgently need customer management training. I succeeded and left the store with a lot of nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έγινε η παραγγελία πριν 12 μέρες,υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα βάση τα λεγόμενά τους , και θα ενημερωνανε μετά από 2-3 μέρες για παραλαβη.
Όχι μόνο δεν ενημέρωσανε ποτέ στο χρονικό διάστημα που όρισαν αλλά μετά από επικοινωνία ότι τελικά είναι έτοιμα για παραλαβή - φτάνω στο κατάστημα και δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα.
Ότι χειρότερο για συνεννόηση- ανεκπαίδευτο προσωπικό
The order was made 12 days ago, there are available based on what they say, and they would inform after 2-3 days for receipt.
Not only did they never inform in the time they set but after communication that they are finally ready for collection - I arrive at the store and there are none available.
Worse for communication - untrained staff

Όταν πηγα σπιτι ανακάλυψα οτι στην 2η ψειρα το καλωδιο ειχε ξεφτυσει και ηταν χαλασμενο με αποτελεσμα να παιζουν μονο οταν το εχεις σε συγκεγκιμενη θεση . Τους πηρα να ρωτησω για αλλαγη και μου ειπαν πως δεν γινεται γιατι τα εβαλαν μπροστα μου και παιξανε , λες και εγω μπορουσα να δω σε 300 ψειρες τυλιγμενες εαν μια εχει προβλημα . Τραγικο απλα .Πουλανε χαλασμενα προιοντα και δεν δεχονται και επιστροφες η αλλαγες . Κριμα
I bought a box with 300 lights for a tree. When I went home I discovered that in the 2nd lice the cable had worn out and was damaged so they only play when you have it in a confused position. I took them to ask for a change and they told me that it is not possible because they put them in front of me and played, as if I could see 300 lice wrapped if one has a problem. Tragic simply. They sold damaged products and do not accept returns or changes. Pity

Helpful fund and generally only good words I have to say about the children, they found me an invoice of older years that the tax office had been bothering me for a long time !! Keep going guys
