★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην τελευταία μου αγορά πήρα ένα τσουβάλι τροφή super premium για το σκύλο μου και μαζί "δωρο" μια μικρότερη συσκευασία. Αφού διαπίστωσα ότι ο σκύλος μου δεν έτρωγε καθόλου τη νέα τροφή, επέστρεψα το τσουβάλι καθώς κ τη συσκευασία δώρου που ήταν φυσικά ανοιχτή προκειμένου να πάρω την τροφή που αγόραζα τα 3 τελευταία χρονια. Για να δεχθούν την επιστροφη έπρεπε να πληρώσω το δώρο αξίας 24 ευρώ. Δε το βρήκα απολύτως επαγγελματικό.
In my last purchase I got a sack of super premium food for my dog and together "gift" a smaller package. After I found out that my dog was not eating the new food at all, I returned the sack as well as the gift package that was naturally open in order to get the food I had been buying for the last 3 years. To receive the return I had to pay the gift worth 24 euros. I did not find it completely professional.
