★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Αν και όλοι περνάμε δύσκολα λόγω της πανδημίας τους τελευταίους 12 μήνες αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να χάνεται το χαμόγελο και η πρόθεση να εξυπηρετήσουμε οσον το δυνατό καλύτερα τον πελάτη.
Ελπίζω να επενδύσετε στην εκπαίδευση των πωλητών σας να βελτιώσουν τα soft skills τους
Customer service needs improvement. Although we all have a difficult time due to the pandemic in the last 12 months, this does not mean that we should lose the smile and the intention to serve the customer as best we can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορώ να μην πω τα καλύτερα για τον διευθυντή του καταστήματος Παιανίας για την άψογη συμπεριφορά του και τον επαγγελματισμό του. Συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία που επιλέγει τέτοιους ανθρώπους να την εκπροσωπεί. Για να είμαι ακριβοδικαιος όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι σωστοί επαγγελματίες!
I can not say the best for the manager of the Paiania store for his impeccable behavior and professionalism. Congratulations to the company that chooses such people to represent it. To be fair, all employees are good professionals!
