Τα παιδιά ήταν ευγενικά, ήρθαν στην ώρα τους, μου τα έφεραν μέχρι το 1ο όροφο που μένω, τα στοίβαξαν σωστά εκεί που τους είπα, χωρίς κανένα κενό ανάμεσα στα ξύλα. Ήταν ακριβώς ένα κυβικό μέτρο στοιβαγμένα χωρίς κενά! Όταν τους κάλεσα να μου τα φέρουν, μου είπαν καλύτερα να μη σας τα φέρουμε αύριο γιατί θα βρέχει και θα βραχούν κατά τη μεταφορά. Αμέσως κατάλαβα ότι έχω να κάνω με τίμιους ανθρώπους. Θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα! Very good wood, dry and everything you needed. The children were polite, they arrived on time, they brought them to the 1st floor where I live, they stacked them correctly where I told them, without any gaps between the woods. It was exactly one cubic meter stacked without gaps! When I called them to bring them to me, they told me not to bring them to you tomorrow because it will rain and they will get wet during transport. I immediately realized that I was dealing with honest people. I will definitely prefer them again!

Είναι όροι που σπανίζουν στις μέρες μας, στην εποχή μας… & όμως θεωρώ τους όρους αυτούς το λιγότερο που μπορούν να χαρακτηρίσουν την εν λόγω επιχείρηση.. Προσωπικά, με Άριστα το 10, την βαθμολογώ 10’, τα 5 () αστέρια (Βαθμολογία google) δεν επαρκούν.. υπέρ ευχαριστημένος, υπέρ ικανοποιημένος από ολόκληρη την εικόνα της παραγγελίας μου από την αρχή μέχρι την πληρωμή.. Παραγγελία (2) κυβικών για καύση σε τζάκι. Σάββατο επικοινώνησα, Κυριακή τα παρέλαβα ( δεν γνωρίζω πολλές επιχειρήσεις που ταράζουν την Κυριακή τους ). Η παραγγελία κατέφθασε στην ώρα που συμφωνήθηκε το ραντεβού, ανέβηκαν και τακτοποιήθηκαν τα καυσοξυλα σε μπαλκόνι διαμερίσματος πολυκατοικίας σε ταχύτητα express, επάνω σε παλέτα με άριστη ζύγιση & στοίχιση με τον σημαντικότερο παράγοντα ότι, όταν ολοκληρώθηκε η διαδικασία εκ φόρτωσης, το σπίτι διατηρήθηκε πεντακάθαρο. Εννοείται πως τηρήθηκαν τα μέτρα Covid. Το προϊόν καταπληκτικό, μόνο που δεν ανάβει από μόνο του… ξερά, ποιοτικά, άριστα κομμένα ξύλα. Δεν έχω ξανά μπει στην διαδικασία κριτικής, είναι η πρώτη φορά & είναι το λιγότερο που μπορώ να κάνω ως καταναλωτής για μια τέτοια εύρυθμη οικογενειακή επιχείρηση.. Συγχαίρω και χαίρομαι που στον ανταγωνισμό τις πονηριάς κάποιοι επιχειρηματίες μας αποδεικνύουν ότι, μάχονται να επιβιώσουν ως τίμιοι και εξαιρούνταις στα κακός κείμενα της αγοράς… & του χρόνου … «ΚΑΥΣΟΞΥΛΑ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ» Organization ..
