Not only the €300 Vintage champagne I ordered was not available and the site does not show it as unavailable (even now as I write this several days after my order, the site allows you to order the unvaivalable vintage champagne), but the other champagne I replaced it with I was charged the delivery twice. On top of that, the delivery was meant to be until a certain time (again wrong information disclosed on the site) as it was a birthday present and it never arrived by the time I had requested for it to arrive and the person responsible never explained that this will be the case in order to find another alternative. Real shame for such big unprofessionalism for a fine wine shop in the centre of Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad e -shop experience. Unreliable delivery, false feedback (say they delivered when they did not). Asked them twice politely why this occurred. They did note apologise,said they did not know why and never called me back .
For the price of the gift set the service is unforgivable.
