Kavos Ski Club - Kavos Ski Club

The only unpleasant experience on this island within our 2 weeks stay. On Jul12 my fiancée asked how much is the SUP rental. The seller answered that it is 10€/h but offered himself that as there is not much going on at that time, (12-13:00) he can rent her for 3h for that price which she immediately accepted. She waved to me to help to move SUP to water, when the seller saw me, started to prepare another SUP. I said I’m not interested to rent, because I do not plan to use it and I will stay on the beach taking pictures of my girlfriend. Then he started to shout that he will not rent us 1 SUP because what if she will use it for 1h and then will give me for another 1h out of the 3(hard philosophy and rental logic, isn’t it? XD). I repeated again that I’m totally not interested to use it and that we will stay on the beach close by so he will even see that I’m not using that if that is really such a problem. Then he shouted 1 phrase too much ‘son I run this business for longer than you live and my offer is not valid anymore, you can rent it 10€/h’. Hearing that, we walked away to not sacrifice our holidays mood for this guy. I’m 40, had a father, he is some years R.I.P., therefore no rude redneck will sonny-me!!! Btw. an hour later we saw him shouting on next customers which were returning jet ski. Totally not recommend if you prefer to avoid stress and pointless discussion during your holidays, simply find other water sports place in Kavos, there is plenty of them.
