We decided at the last minute to go to a local taverna that’s packed on the weekend and is open all year round in a quiet suburb of Athens. We arrived at 10:00 on a Monday night and it was surprisingly still busy. The view is of the seaside which is always calming and the music was great. The last thing I expected was jazz with a saxophone talking to everyone. You go into the local tavernas knowing that English is a foreign tounge so patience is a plus, but somehow you manage to survive. The staff tries hard so you can overlook some of the shortcomings. We ordered a sea bass cerviche which was served in a pineapple mango sauce. It was fresh but only okay. For the entrees we had a cheddar burger with French fries and a margarita pizza. The pizza was amazingly delicious, the burger on a 1 to 5 scale was a 4, so that’s a definite plus! The owner came over to introduce himself and bought us a bottle of ouzo which was a very generous gesture. After all said if you’re in Porto Rafti looking for a nice venue, a good meal stop by and give them a chance! October 2018 We didn’t get out of the office till almost 9:30 and we knew if we walked in at 10:00, 22:00,) it wouldn’t be a problem getting dinner. For us it’s very local less then 5 minutes from where we stay. We’ve been here before so that alone tells you we’re comfortable in the Kazba. Neither one of us was in the adventures mood only because of it being such a trying day. My partner Melissa had the large burger plater that basically comes with everything. My eyes were bigger then my stomach so I ordered the Ultimate burger which had everything they had in the restaurant on. It was cooked exactly how I asked and it was delicious. The only problem was I couldn’t finish it. The food and service is always great, and when your not “a local,” and see you walk in it always makes them happy to welcome us again. If your a tourist and you happen to be in Porto Rafti find time for a good meal.

It was great food and atmosphere. Little confusing with reservations for us as we didn’t know that we actually supposed to ask for better table in time of reservation. Lesson learned.

A cozy place at night. Nice view and music. We didn't try the food, just had couple of drinks. The service was very very slow! I guess they need more people compared to the # of customers that are available, but waiters were pleasant and nice.

Cool place in Porto Rafti. Waiter very friendly and attentive in the beginning, after serving main courses lacking attention. Starter presentation is very lovely, and the compositions are brave, creative - and tasty. Main courses a bit disappointing in taste and presentation after the great starters - i. E. home made pasta and couscous tasted exactly the same and was somewhat a simple recipe (cream and tomatoes) Stunning view on the bay and the rafti. smart restaurant-, coffeehouse- and club-concept. Will come again, thank you!

Great spot for a quick getaway out of city and close to the airport! Amazing view with modern decor, feels like you're on an island. Tasty food, well presented, large portions, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

The food is very good and the service is friendly. Be aware though that they charge for the water that is usually free, and they give you bread and then charge 6 Euros. We were very surprised. It’s obviously a place with tourist prices.
