Polite, helpful, fast and efficient in cleaning the apartment after a complete renovation. BUT unfortunately the way they cleaned the wooden floors of the bedrooms ruined them. While they were completely renovated (scratching, polishing, etc.) they filled with unexplained scratches all over their surface. I would be much less annoyed though if they did not try to convince me that it was so and I just had not seen it (meanwhile the floor was not in this mess even before the renovation). And in response to your answer: do not insist because I have photos. Both before and after. So do not tell me that the cause is different.

After a demonstration of the space, we agreed to do a general, total cleaning from renovation and we determined these works as well as some extras. The outside of the house was very well cleaned. They were polite staff. In conclusion. A general cleaning was done without emphasis on key points that are meant or agreed with the term "general cleaning after renovation", which are not details, but basics. Objectively, if they sat for only 1 hour more, since it was 4 people, everything would be perfect and excellent. It took me 2 hours alone and I did all this! Which I agreed, and I paid! The renovation crew left the house in excellent condition "after renovation" but the cleaning crew, although they saw the house before the deal, told me that it had a lot of putty on the floors and they suffered, and did what they could, etc. That's why I called you because this is your job. Tell me, we made a wrong estimate, we want more time and more money. I did not call to express my dissatisfaction, because there was no time. I hope to be the exception, Based on your reviews.
