K	Konstantinos Bougatsias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρηγγειλα κάποια συμπληρώματα και ενώ έχουν περάσει 6 μέρες ακόμα δεν έχουν έρθει. Επικοινώνησα με το φαρμακείο όπου με ενημέρωσαν ότι έχουν στείλει την παραγγελία με γενική ταχυδρομική αλλά προφανώς η εταιρία μεταφορών που συνεργάζονται δεν είναι καθόλου έμπιστη καθώς ακόμα και σήμερα δεν μου έχει έρθει καμία ειδοποίηση. Μάλιστα είναι αδύνατον να καταφέρει κάποιος να πιάσει γραμμή στο τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο ώστε να μάθει που βρίσκεται η παραγγελία του. Καθόλου σωστή εξυπηρέτηση και κανένα προϊόν παραδομένο στον χώρο μου. Λυπάμαι! I ordered some supplements and while 6 days have passed they still have not arrived. I contacted the pharmacy where they informed me that they have sent the order by general post office but obviously the transport company that cooperates is not at all trustworthy as even today I have not received any notification. In fact, it is impossible for someone to catch a line at their call center to find out where their order is. No proper service and no products delivered to my place. I'm sorry!
T	Tatiana S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις παρέλαβα. Παρήγγειλα 6 κουτιά βρεφικό γάλα + κάποια άλλα παιδικά προϊόντα (ορούς, κρέμα, ...). Όταν έκανα την παραγγελία , έγραφε ότι τα γάλατα (τα οποία φυσικά με "έβιαζαν" περισσότερο) ήταν ΑΜΕΣΑ ΔΙΑΘΕΣΙΜΑ. Την επόμενη μέρα όμως μου ήρθε μέιλ πως θα καθυστερήσουν 2-4 εργάσιμες ημέρες από τον προμηθευτή. Έκανα υπομονή κ περίμενα, γιατί, παρ'ολη την ενημέρωση, δεν είχα καμία διάθεση να μπω στη διαδικασία ακύρωσης της μισής παραγγελίας ή και ολόκληρης. ΟΜΩΣ: Παιδιά, όταν πρόκειται για προϊόντα ΑΜΕΣΗΣ ΑΝΑΓΚΗΣ, όπως το φαγητό ενός μωρού, καλό είναι να είστε πιο σαφείς και προσεκτικοι κ να ενημερώνετε το σάιτ για τη διαθεσιμότητα!!! Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήταν πως ενώ έκανα παραγγελία αξίας 120€+ , μέσα στο δέμα δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα τοσοδούτσικο δειγματάκι! Έστω σαν μια κίνηση "έμμεσης" συγγνώμης για την καθυστέρηση. Πρώτη κ τελευταία φορά που σας προτίμησα. Λυπάμαι πολύ I have just received. I ordered 6 boxes of baby milk + some other baby products (serums, cream, ...). When I placed the order, it said that the milk (which of course "rushed" me more) was IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. The next day, however, I received an email stating that 2-4 working days would be delayed by the supplier. I was patient and waited, because, despite the information, I was not in the mood to enter the process of canceling half the order or the whole. NEVERTHELESS: Guys, when it comes to IMMEDIATE NEED products, such as a baby's food, it is good to be clearer and more careful and to inform the site about the availability !!! The icing on the cake was that while I was placing an order worth € 120 +, there was not a single Tosodoutsi sample in the package! Even as a gesture of "indirect" apology for the delay. First and last time I preferred you. I'm so sorry

One of the products was different than the one I ordered, I had to go to the courier myself to post it back to them for a change to the correct one. After they got it they resend me the same wrong product.
