K	Katerina Lade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine von den Villen gemietet ein Jahr im Voraus. Die Lage ist top, das Haus geräumig, das Reinigungspersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend der Pool groß. Leider hatten wir diesmal ein paar unerfreuliche Vorkommnisse. Das Verwaltungspersonal vor Ort und in Athen ist komplett ausgetauscht worden. Leider. So hat man es mit einer jungen, inkompetenten Managerin zu tun, die teilweise erst am nächsten Tag reagiert. So hatten wir 2 Tage kein Wasser, teils bis zum späten Vormittag und konnten nicht mal zur Toilette. Das Problem der Gemeinde ist bekannt und erst nach massivem Druck wurde der Wassertank extern gefüllt. Die Spülmaschine war daraufhin für 16 Tage defekt, die vorgeschlagene Lösung dass das Reinigungspersonal einmal am Tag den Abwasch manuell übernimmt war nicht realisierbar bei 4 Personen und einer bekannten Ameisenplage. Grundsätzlich haben die Objekte einen Investitionsstau, die Verwaltung in Athen kümmert es nicht, sie ist unfreundlich, arrogant und überheblich. Stammgäste sind uninteressant, unwichtig. Einen Besitzer/ Vermieter kann man nicht greifen. Erst unter massivem Druck gab es einen kleinen Nachlass. Für einen Muttersprachler ist es sehr enttäuschend zu sehen, dass Leute die teilweise auf 2-3 Jobs angewiesen sind, so unfreundlich sein können. Griechische Gastfreundschaft sucht man hier vergeblich, leider! Schade wir wären gerne wieder gekommen. We rented one of the villas a year in advance for the second time. The location is great, the house spacious, the cleaning staff very nice and courteous the pool was great. Unfortunately, we had a few unpleasant incidents this time. The administrative staff on site and in Athens has been completely replaced. Unfortunately. So you have to deal with a young, incompetent manager who sometimes responds the next day. So we had 2 days no water, partly until late morning and could not even go to the toilet. The problem of the community is known and only after massive pressure, the water tank was filled externally. The dishwasher was then defective for 16 days, the proposed solution that the cleaning staff once a day the washing up takes over manually was not feasible for 4 people and a known ant plague. Basically, the objects have an investment backlog, the administration in Athens does not care, it is rude, arrogant and arrogant. Regulars are uninteresting, unimportant. An owner / landlord you can not grab. Only under massive pressure, there was a small estate. For a native speaker, it is very disappointing to see that people who are sometimes reliant on 2-3 jobs can be so rude. Greek hospitality is here in vain, unfortunately! Too bad we would gladly come back.
R	Rene Mähner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in einer der Villas. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Räume mit Klima. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Garten wird sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist mit 8,5 x 4,5m schön groß. täglich werden die Betten gemacht, geputzt und auf Wunsch neue Handtücher gebracht. Bäcker und Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Alles Bestens, top Weiterempfehlung! We had a wonderful stay in one of the villas. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. All rooms with climate. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is very well maintained and the pool is nice and big at 8.5 x 4.5 m. The beds are made daily, cleaned and, if requested, new towels are brought. Bakers and restaurants in the vicinity. Everything is great, top recommendation!

È molto vicina (5 min) dall’aeroporto di Argostoli ed è un punto di riferimento ottimo per visitare l’intera isola (abbiamo noleggiato le auto) e per fare un giro nel bellissimo centro di Argostoli la sera. La casa che ci è stata assegnata era molto pulita (cambio asciugamani, sistemazione letti e svuotamento spazzatura venivano fatti una volta al giorno) Grazie Sig.ra Bruna! Noi siamo stati con una coppia di amici con bimbi piccoli e abbiamo talvolta sfruttato cucina e fornelli, il tutto era pulito e c’era tutto quello che serviva. Volendo, c’è anche un caminetto con tutto l’occorrente per fare grigliate in giardino. Piacevolissimo e molto utilizzato il tavolo all’esterno. Piscina e giardino incantevoli. Consiglierò sicuramente Kefalonia Houses agli amici. The structure is exactly as described in the offer. It is very close (5 min) from Argostoli airport and is an excellent reference point for visiting the whole island (we rented cars) and for a ride in the beautiful center of Argostoli in the evening. The house that was assigned to us was very clean (towel change, bedding and garbage emptying were done once a day) Thank you Mrs. Bruna! We were with a couple of friends with small children and we sometimes used the kitchen and stove, everything was clean and there was everything we needed. If desired, there is also a fireplace with everything you need to grill in the garden. Very pleasant and very used outside table. Lovely pool and garden. Kefalonia Houses definitely will recommend to friends.
