Κάθε φορά έλεγα να κάνω υπομονή γιατί μ αρέσουν τα ρούχα σας αλλά τέλος.. Δεν θα μου χαλάτε την μέρα κάθε φορά.. Δεν πρόκειται να ξανά ψωνίσω από την εταιρεία αυτή.. If it had 0 stars I would put them .. Unacceptable sale .. Obviously company strategy to swell us and not let us shop .. Every time I said be patient because I like your clothes but finally .. You will not spoil my day each time .. I am not going to shop again from this company ..
Γ	Γιούλη Κολοβού on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για το κατάστημα της Τσιμισκή. Απαράδεκτα επιθετικό marketing. Η πωλήτρια σε πιέζει ανυπόφορα και αγενέστατα να αγοράσεις. Έψαχνα ζώνη,βρήκα μία και σχεδόν μου επέβαλε να την πάρω και σε άλλο χρώμα! Άλλα της λες,άλλα καταλαβαίνει,δεν σταματάει να μιλάει για ν'ακούσει τι ψάχνεις.Προσπαθείς να συγκεντρωθείς για να αποφασίσεις αν αυτό που κρατάς σου κάνει και σε σκουντάει να δεις τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα! Η χειρότερή μου εμπειρία σε εμπορικό κατάστημα. For the Tsimiski store. Unacceptable aggressive marketing. The saleswoman is pushing you unbearably and rudely to buy. I was looking for a belt, I found one and it almost forced me to get it in another color! You tell her other things, she understands other things, she doesn't stop talking to listen to what you are looking for. My worst experience in a store.

Επισκέφθηκα το εν λόγω κατάστημα με τη μητέρα μου στις 2/3/19 (πρωινές ώρες), καθώς ήθελε να αγοράσει ένα φόρεμα που είχε δει. Αφού το δοκίμασε, βγήκε από το δοκιμαστήριο για να το δει στον καθρέπτη και ενώ μέχρι εκείνη την στιγμή η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, μία από τις πωλήτριες (με μαύρα μαλλιά άνω των 50) άρχισε να γελάει ειρωνικά βλέποντάς την. Όταν μάλιστα μια συνάδελφός της την ρώτησε γιατί γελάει, απάντησε «Βλέπω κάτι που είναι για γέλια και δεν σώζεται!». Για κακή της τύχη έτυχε να ακούσω την συζήτηση, κάτι που δεν έπεσε στην αντίληψη της μητέρας μου και την ενημέρωσα εκ των υστέρων. Δεν δόθηκε συνέχεια στο συμβάν και φύγαμε από το κατάστημα. Ήμασταν πελάτισσες τουλάχιστον 6 χρόνια και μάλιστα τρεις μέρες πριν το συμβάν είχαμε ξαναεπισκεφθεί το κατάστημα με φιλικό πρόσωπο.Είναι κρίμα για μια αλυσίδα να χάνει πελάτες και να δυσφημίζεται λόγω της συμπεριφοράς του προσωπικού της και ντροπή της συγκεκριμένης κυρίας για την ανωριμότητά της. The following review concerns the store within the Mediterranean Cosmos. I visited this store with my mother on 2/3/19 (morning hours) as she wanted to buy a dress she had seen. After testing it, she went out of the test room to see it in the mirror, and while the service was flawless until then, one of the vendors (with black hair over 50) began ironically laughing at her. When a colleague asked her why she laughs, she replied, "I see something that is laughable and not saved!" For bad luck I heard the conversation, something that did not come to my mother's mind and I informed her afterwards. We did not follow the event and left the store. We were clients for at least 6 years, and three days before the event we had visited the store with a friendly face. It is a shame for a chain to lose customers and be defamed because of the behavior of its staff and the shame of this lady about her immaturity.
M	Miss Lena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΟΙ χειροτερες πωλητριες, σου κανουν ψυχολογικο πολεμο. Δεν σε αφηνουν να κοιταξεις , αλλα σε πριζουν με αυτα που θελουν να πουλησουν . Ντε και καλα οτι πρεπει να αγορασεις με την φουστα ΚΑΙ το τοπακι, ΚΑΙ το μπουφανακι...γιατι θα το μετανιωσεις....και το επαναλαμβανουν ακομα και στο ταμειο. The worst saleswomen are waging a psychological war on you. They do not let you look, but they slam you with what they want to sell. Well, you have to buy with the skirt AND the top, AND the jacket ... because you will regret it .... and they repeat it even at the cash register.
L	Leah Theocharidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αξιόλογα ρούχα, πολύ καλες τιμές, ευγενικοτατες πωλητριες, αψογη εξυπηρέτηση, όσον αφορά το μαγαζί στην Αγίας Σοφίας(Θεσσαλονίκη). Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα!! Remarkable clothes, very good prices, very kind saleswomen, impeccable service, regarding the store in Agia Sofia (Thessaloniki). I would highly recommend it !!
l	liev -4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/5 αστέρια γιατί είχα την χειρότερη και την πιο αισχρή αντιμετώπιση από το προσωπικό της επιχείρησης στο κόσμος, απαράδεκτες το λιγότερο οι πωλήτριες. Δεν γίνεται οποία γυναίκα πηγαίνει εκεί να υπάρχουν παντα 1-2 του καταστήματος που να μη πετάξουν την κακία τους ,είπαμε έχετε μια μεγάλη ηλικία αλλά αυτό δεν σημάνει ότι σας αξίζει και η καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα της Θεσσαλονίκης η εξυπηρέτηση είναι άψογη και μπράβο στα κορίτσια για την υπομονή και την ευγένεια τους! 3/5 stars because I had the worst and most infamous treatment by the company staff in the world, at least unacceptable the saleswomen. It does not matter which woman goes there, there are always 1-2 in the store who do not throw away their evil, we said you are old but that does not mean that you deserve the best treatment In all the other stores of Thessaloniki the service is impeccable and well done to the girls for their patience and kindness!

D	Danilo Stojanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop yesterday afternoon and found guite a few things I liked so I bought all of them. The shop assistant was very helpful. The boots I bought were a wrong size, so I went to the shop first thing in the morning to change them for a smaller size. However, the owner refused to change them claiming that I wore them in the city, even though I didn’t, because they were too big for me to walk in them. He shouted at me in Greek, wouldn’t listen to what I tried to explain in English. Most unpleasant experience, I will never do any shopping there again.
