S	Sp Rms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτης στην ΚΕΝ, δεν χρωστάω, έχω πληρώσει όλους τους λογαριασμός. Χτες 25/08/20 πλήρωσα καθυστερημένα τον τελευταίο λογαριασμό της ΚΕΝ 173,93 € τον πλήρωσα καθυστερημένα διότι απουσίαζα, ήμουν εκτός Αθηνών. Σήμερα 26/08/20 ήρθαν πρωί-πρωί και μου έκοψαν το ρεύμα. Ενώ όπως προανέφερα ο λογαριασμός είχε πληρωθεί. Επικοινώνησα με την ΚΕΝ και έστειλα φωτογραφία δια μέσου Viber την αποδείξει πληρωμής. Μου είπαν ότι θα στείλουν άνθρωπο για να κάνει επανασύνδεση και να διορθωθεί το λάθος. Ακόμα περιμένω, δεν έχει έρθει κανείς. Στο τηλέφωνο οι υπόλοιποι της ΚΕΝ δεν ήταν ευγενικοί Και δεν βρέθηκε ένας να μου ζητήσει συγνώμη Γιατί δεν φταίω που είμαι χωρίς ρεύμα . Τους λογαριασμούς μου τους είχα πληρώσει. Δεν τους χρωστούσα τίποτα Να ξυπνάω το πρωί και να ψαχνω? Να βρω τι φταίει? Γιατί δεν έχω ρεύμα? Έτσι στα καλα καθούμενα I am a customer at KEN, I dont owe, I have paid all the bill. Yesterday 25/08/20 I paid late the last bill of KEN 173.93 € I paid him late because I was absent, I was out of Athens. Today 26/08/20 they came early in the morning and cut off my electricity. While as I mentioned above the bill had been paid. I contacted KEN and I sent a photo via via Viber proof of payment. I was told they would send a man to reconnect and correct the error. I'm still waiting, no one has come. On the phone, the rest of KEN were not polite And no one was found to apologize to me Because it is not my fault that I am without electricity. I had paid my bills. I did not owe them anything To wake up in the morning and search? Can I find out what's wrong? Why do I not have electricity? So to the good seats

S	Sophia Theo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγαλύτερη απάτη από αυτή την εταιρεία δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Μου έταξαν λογαριασμό στα μισά λεφτά από την δεδηε και πληρώνω τα διπλάσια. Κάθε μήνα τα ίδια. Ακόμα και ο πρώτος λογαριασμός που υποτίθεται ήταν δώρο κόστισε 100ευρω. Δεν θα μιλήσω για τους υπόλοιπους. I have never seen a bigger scam from this company. They gave me an account for half the money from dede and I pay double. Every month the same. Even the first bill that was supposed to be a gift cost 100 euros. I will not talk about the rest.

G	George Kikianis (Dj George) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενω με εξαπατησαν λεγοντας οτι ειναι VOLTON μετα έταξαν Smartwatch δωρο για νεα συνδεση το οποιο εκαναν 4 μηνες να το στειλουν, και οταν ηρθε ηταν χαλασμενο. Τους το ανεφερα και δεν ασχοληθηκαν ποτε μαζι μου. Τα λεφτα ομως τα θελουν στην ωρα τους. ΜΑΚΡΙΑΑΑ!! While they deceived me by saying that it is VOLTON then they sent a Smartwatch as a gift for a new connection which they took 4 months to send, and when it came it was damaged. I mentioned it to them and they never dealt with me. But they want the money on time. AWAY !!
