M	Marina Polymeridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατέφυγα στο Ιατρείο διαχείρισης πόνου του κ.Μητράγκα σε μία ιδιαίτερα οξεία φάση της ισχιαλγίας μου, όπου μετά βίας περπατούσα. Είχα ήδη κάνει ό,τι μου είχαν συστήσει ορθοπεδικοί και φυσιοθεραπευτές, αλλά η κατάσταση δεν πήγαινε καθόλου καλά. Ο κ.Μητράγκας μου εξήγησε πώς μπορεί ο βελονισμός να βοηθήσει στην ανακούφιση του πόνου και μου περιέγραψε αναλυτικά πώς θα προχωρήσουμε και τι μπορούμε να περιμένουμε και τι όχι. Τον εμπιστεύθηκα και με την υπομονή και επιμονή και του γιατρού και τη δική μου φτάσαμε λίγες εβδομάδες μετά όχι μόνο να μην πονάω (ήδη από αρκετά νωρίς), αλλά υποχώρησε πλήρως η οξεία φάση της δισκοκοίλης μου αποφεύγοντας οποιαδήποτε επεμβατική μέθοδο. Θεωρώ τον βελονισμό ένα εξαιρετικό όπλο στα χέρια των γιατρών και ο κ.Μητράγκας έχει τις γνώσεις και τη διάθεση να το χρησιμοποιεί και να φέρνει τα καλύτερα δυνατά αποτελέσματα. I took refuge in Mr. Mitragas's pain management clinic in a particularly acute phase of my sciatica, where I could barely walk. I had already done what orthopedists and physiotherapists had recommended to me, but the situation was not going well at all. Mr. Mitragas explained to me how acupuncture can help relieve pain and described in detail how we will proceed and what we can expect and what we can not. I trusted him and with the patience and perseverance of both the doctor and mine we arrived a few weeks later not only not to be in pain (already early enough), but the acute phase of my disc herniation completely subsided, avoiding any invasive method. I consider acupuncture an excellent weapon in the hands of doctors and Mr. Mitragas has the knowledge and the will to use it and bring the best possible results.
