★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαίρι είχαμε επικοινωνήσει, κλείσαμε ραντεβού για τον περασμένο Δεκέμβριο, το επιστημονικό προσωπικό άψογο (5* εκεί), όλα καλά.
Προσπαθώ τώρα 2 εβδομάδες να επικοινωνήσω για κάποιο λάθος τους και δεν απαντούν σε κανένα τηλέφωνο. Αν δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό, ας βγάλουν -τέλος πάντων- το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο εκτός, να μην ταλαιπωρούμαστε περιμένοντας και ελπίζοντας.
In the summer we had contact, we made an appointment last December, the excellent staffed staff (5 * there), all right.
I'm now trying to communicate for 2 weeks now and do not answer any phone. If there is no staff, let the call center go all the way out, do not be afraid to wait and hope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί κλείνουν ραντεβού ενώ δεν τηρούνται οι ώρες. Την πρώτη φορά περιμέναμε 45' κ την επόμενη 55' χωρίς να μπουν καν στον κόπο να μας ενημερώσουν ότι θα καθυστερήσουμε ή έστω να ζητήσουν ένα συγγνώμη για την όλη καθυστέρηση και ταλαιπωρία. Έχουμε μικρά παιδιά μαζί που δεν υπάρχει τίποτα για να τα απασχολησουμε εκεί.
I do not understand why they make appointments while the hours are not observed. The first time we waited 45 'and the next 55' without even bothering to let us know that we would be late or even to apologize for all the delay and inconvenience. We have small children together that there is nothing to keep them busy there.
