C	Chrysoula Tsekoura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από μια κυρία Μπούρα που εργάζεται στο γραφείο 110 στη διεύθυνση Μαγνησίας στο Αιγάλεω. Πρώτη φορά με πήραν τηλέφωνο και με ειδοποίησαν για κάποιο έντυπο υγείας που χρειάζονταν. Το προσκόμιση και με πολύ ευγένεια και προθυμία με εξυπηρέτησε. Την ευχαριστώ γιατί μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο όταν κάλεσα ενώ σε άλλα υποκατάστημα τα δεν έχω καταφέρει να ενημερωθώ τηλεφωνικά εδώ και ενάμιση χρόνο. Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο και δυστυχώς για μένα είναι πολύ δύσκολο να μετά κινηθώ λόγω της σοβαρότητας της ασθένειας που αντιμετωπίζω. Ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερως την κα Μπούρα. Μπράβο της!!!!!!!! Excellent service from a Mrs. Boura who works in office 110 in the address of Magnesia in Egaleo. The first time they called me and notified me about a health form they needed. The presentation and with a lot of courtesy and willingness served me. I thank her because I was impressed that she picked up the phone when I called while in other branches I have not been able to be informed by phone for a year and a half. They never answer the phone and unfortunately for me it is very difficult to move after due to the severity of the illness I am facing. Special thanks to Ms. Boura. Well done to her!!!!!!!!
Ν	Νεκταρία Τσοπανά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί όλοι τους. Είχα πάει χωρίς ραντεβού δυστυχώς, αλλά με εξυπηρέτησε ο καρδιολόγος άμεσα. Η κα Καραμπελα εξαιρετική. Μπράβο στον κο Κουλουρη και στην ομάδα του. Ένα κέντρο κόσμημα για την περιοχή μας. Very helpful and polite all of them. I had gone without an appointment unfortunately, but the cardiologist served me immediately. Ms. Karabela is excellent. Well done to Mr. Koulouris and his team. A jewel center for our area.

Ειδικότερα, η άριστη αντιμετώπιση -με ευγένεια, συνέπεια, παροχή χρήσιμων πληροφοριών, εν ολίγοις, με απόλυτο επαγγελματισμό- του Μικροβιολογικού-Βιοπαθολογικού Τμήματος με κάνει να επιλέγω τα 5 αστέρια. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους στο Τμήμα! My overall experience from Egaleo Health Center is positive. In particular, the excellent treatment -with courtesy, consistency, provision of useful information, in short, with absolute professionalism- of the Microbiology-Biopathology Department makes me choose the 5 stars. Congratulations to all the employees in the Department!
p	peti papas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπάνια βλέπεις έτσι κέντρα υγείας! Βλέπεις μία ανθρωπο-αλυσίδα που ο ένας συμπληρώνει τον άλλον! Σε αυτούς τους καιρούς που παντού έχουν έλλειμμα εργαζομένων σε αυτό το κέντρο δεν το καταλαβαίνεις!!! Έχουν ευγένεια, ανθρωπισμό,αγάπη!Δεν ξέρω ποιος τους συντονίζει αλλά μπράβο του!!Εδώ και πέντε χρόνια σταθερά ανεβαίνει! Μπράβοοοο τους!!! Επειδή διάβασα άλλες προηγούμενες κριτικές είναι ίσως λίγο υστερόβουλες και δεν κοιτάνε την πρόοδο!Επίσης πως ούτε στα ιδιωτικά που έχουν οικονομικό αντικίνητρο δεν τρέχουν με αυτούς τους ρυθμούς. You rarely see health centers like that! You see a human-chain that complements each other! In these times when there is a shortage of employees everywhere in this center, you do not understand it !!! They have kindness, humanity, love! I do not know who coordinates them but well done !! For five years now it has been steadily rising! Well done !!! Because I read other previous reviews they are probably a little backward and do not look at the progress! Also that even the private ones who have financial disincentives do not run at this pace.
Y	Yannis Tseronis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ξανθιά υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή μου απευθύνθηκε (21 χρόνων σημειωτέον είμαι) με αγενές και επιθετικό ύφος 07:25. Μεταξύ άλλων με ρώτησε προκειμένου να μεταβώ στον ΩΡΛ αν είμαι εμβολιασμένος (δεδομένο που δεν είναι απαραίτητο για την πρόσβαση στα ιατρεία), της απάντησα ότι είμαι και με αναμνηστική και κάθε Τρίτη υποβάλλομαι σε covid test. Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής της συνομιλίας με τον κ. Κύρου μού υπέδειξε 07:30 ότι πρέπει να υποβληθώ σε rapid test και της είπα ότι θα το κάνω δωρεάν σε Κ.ΟΜ.Υ του Ε.Ο.Δ.Υ (οι οποίες ξεκινούν στις 09:00), καθώς δεν επιθυμούσα να πληρώσω 7-8€ σε κάποιο φαρμακείο. Συμφωνήσαμε ότι θα πάω στο Χαϊδάρι και με έστειλε σε λάθος οδό ενώ η τοποθεσία διενέργειας των test ήταν στο Δημαρχείο. Επιστρέφω ενημερώνοντας την ότι έκανα rapid στις 08:55 αλλά η βεβαίωση αρνητικού αποτελέσματος είναι διαθέσιμη στην Gov.gr από τις 18:00. Μήνυμα δεν αποστέλλει πλέον ο Ε.ΟΔ.Υ παρά μόνο σε καλεί εντός μισής ώρας αν είσαι θετικός. Ύστερα με κοιτούσε με αγελαδινό βλέμμα γιατί μάλλον περίμενε μια βεβαίωση που και να την έπαιρνα όμως θα της την έτριβα στα μούτρα. Ούσα αδαής, μη ενήμερη και άσχετη της εξήγησα ευγενικά ότι θα περιμένω 15λ για ενδεχόμενη τηλεφωνική κλήση λόγω θετικής διάγνωσης και έπειτα θα πάω στον γιατρό. Γιατί στο ΗΔΙΚΑ όταν κλείνουμε το ραντεβού στον εκάστοτε γιατρό δεν αναφέρει ως προϋπόθεση ότι απαιτείται rapid test και για εμβολιασμένους; Γιατί δεν διαθέτει το Κ.Υ επαρκή ποσότητα covid test για να τα διενεργεί ένας νοσηλευτής και ταλαιπωρήθηκα από μια αγενή και άσχετη υπάλληλο η οποία χρήζει επιμόρφωσης σε θέματα συμπεριφοράς; Ας της πει κάποιος ότι δουλεύει σε υγειονομικό κέντρο και ότι θα έπρεπε να ξέρει που κοντά στο Κ.Υ ο Ε.Ο.Δ.Υ διενεργεί rapid tests και ότι δεν σε ενημερώνει σε περίπτωση αρνητικού αποτελέσματος. Της εύχομαι σε κάποια άλλη περίσταση να την αντιμετωπίσουν χειρότερα και να ταλαιπωρηθεί εις διπλούν! Ignorant, uninformed and irrelevant, I politely explained to her that I would wait 15 minutes for a possible phone call due to a positive diagnosis and then I would go to the doctor. Why in IDIKA when we make an appointment with the respective doctor does not mention as a condition that a rapid test is required for vaccinated people as well? Why does the K.Y. not have a sufficient amount of covid test to be performed by a nurse and I was bothered by a rude and irrelevant employee who needs training in behavioral issues? Let someone tell her that she works in a health center and that she should know that near K.Y. EODY conducts rapid tests and that it does not inform you in case of a negative result. I wish her on another occasion to be treated worse and to suffer in double!
