V	Vagelos B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ 2 εβδομαδες να κανω πιστοποιήση τηλεφώνου για το gov.gr (BETA). Απο όλα τα ΚΕΠ/ΚΕΠlive έχω φάει άκυρο εκτός απο αυτό. I have been trying for 2 weeks to do telephone certification for gov.gr (BETA). Of all the KEP / KEPlive I have eaten invalid except this.

N	Nikos Papafragkiskos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν μόνος μου δεν με εξυπηρετούσαν μου είπαν να πάρω τηλέφωνο για ραντεβού. Πήρα τηλέφωνο, μιλούσα και τον έβλεπα απέναντί μου στα 4 μέτρα και ενώ του έλεγα να μου κλείσει ραντεβού τώρα μου έλεγε ότι είχε πολύ κόσμο (ενώ είμασταν οι 2 μας). Εμεινα εκεί περίπου 10 λεπτά χωρίς να έρθει κανείς άλλος και χωρίς τελικά να με εξυπηρετήσει. Έφυγα και πήγα σε άλλο ΚΕΠ όπου ευτυχώς με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως και χωρίς ραντεβού.Είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΤΕΜΠΕΛΙΔΕΣ!!! I was alone, they did not serve me, they told me to call for an appointment. I got on the phone, talking and seeing him in front of me at 4 meters and while I was telling him to make an appointment now he was telling me that it was very crowded (while there were 2 of us). I stayed there for about 10 minutes without anyone else coming and without finally serving me. I left and went to another KEP where fortunately I was served immediately and without an appointment. They are UNACCEPTABLE AND LAZY !!!
D	Dimitris Kasimatis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα ένα αντίγραφο ποινικού μητρώου για εργασία και μου είπαν ψέματα ότι δεν μπορούν να το εκτυπώσουν ενώ την ίδια στιγμή κάλεσα σε άλλο ΚΕΠ της Χώρας και μου το έκαναν αμέσως! την επόμενη μέρα το είχα...είστε τραγικοί βαριέστε την δουλειά σας και δεν έχετε διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσετε τον κόσμο! να πάτε σπίτια σας!!!!!!! I asked for a copy of a criminal record for work and they lied to me that they could not print it while at the same time I called another KEP in Chora and they did it to me immediately! the next day I had it ... you are tragic you are bored with your job and you are not in the mood to serve the people! to go home !!!!!!!
Π	ΠΑΠΑΔΑΤΟΣ ΜΑΚΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση από την υπάλληλο αδιάφορη, ωστόσο καταλαβαίνω ότι αυτό μπορεί να οφείλεται στην πίεση που είχε για να εξυπηρετήσει μόνη της τους επισκέπτες. Η ατμόσφαιρα στον χώρο αποπνικτική και εδώ έχει απόλυτη ευθύνη η δημοτική αρχή. The service from the employee is indifferent, however I understand that this may be due to the pressure she had to serve the guests on her own. The atmosphere in the area is suffocating and here the municipal authority has the absolute responsibility.
