Η	Ηλιανα Χατζημαυριδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπάλληλος που επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά ήταν εριστικοτατη ενώ σε προσπάθεια μου να κλείσω ραντεβού για μεταβίβαση αυτοκινήτου μου απάντησε πως θα πρέπει να καλέσω την επόμενη το πρωί γιατί παραδόξως ήταν κλεισμένα όλα τα ραντεβού!! Δεν εξυπηρετούν καθόλου,ενώ ζήτησα να μου προωθήσει μέσω email τα δικαιολογητικά που χρειάζονται για την μεταβίβαση,τα οποία δεν μου τα έστειλε ποτέ!! Αντί να εξυπηρετούν τους πολίτες εν μέσω πανδημίας και μεγάλης ταλαιπωρίας του κόσμου,δημιουργούν μεγαλύτερα προβλήματα και εντάσεις.. Αντίθετα σε επικοινωνία μου με άλλα 2 ΚΕΠ κοντά στην περιοχή,με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και με μεγάλη πρόθεση και διαθεση The employee I contacted by phone was very vindictive, while in my attempt to make an appointment for a car transfer, she replied that I should call the next morning because, paradoxically, all the appointments were closed !! They do not serve at all, while I asked him to forward via email the supporting documents needed for the transfer, which he never sent me !! Instead of serving the citizens in the midst of a pandemic and great suffering of the world, they create bigger problems and tensions. On the contrary, in my communication with other 2 KEP near the area, they served me immediately and with great intention and disposition.
G	George Poulios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενική και γρήγορη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση για κλείσιμο ραντεβού. Επίσης καλή και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση δια ζώσης. Το μόνο αρνητικό από τους τέσσερις υπαλλήλους ο ένας εξυπηρετούσε ενώ υπήρχε ραντεβού σε αναμονή. Polite and fast telephone service for booking an appointment. Also good and fast service for life. The only downside was that one of the four employees was serving while there was a waiting appointment.
D	Dimitris Terzidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τετοια αγένεια , ειρωνία , εριστικότητα , πραγματικά είναι πολύ δύσκολο μα συναντήσεις σε ΚΕΠ . Ειδικά μια συγκεκριμένη κυρία , πρέπει να έχει πρόβλημα συμπεριφοράς . είναι ντροπή για έναν δήμο , να τοποθετεί σε τέτοιες θέσεις , που σκοπό έχουν να εξυπηρετούν τους πολίτες , τόσο ανεπαρκείς υπαλλήλους . Such rudeness, irony, vindictiveness, it is really very difficult but meetings in KEP. Especially a particular lady, must have a behavioral problem. it is a shame for a municipality to place in such positions, which are intended to serve the citizens, such insufficient employees.
G	Georgios Vam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι...εμεις τους πληρωνουμε και αυτοι δεν σηκωνουν ουτε τηλέφωνα. Σας ευχομαι καλή ιδιωτικοποιηση!! Civil servants ... we pay them and they do not even pick up the phones. I wish you good privatization !!
F	Fotini Mauropoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειρωνία και αγένεια! Πηγαμε με τον σύζυγο να βγαλουμε κάποια χαρτιά και η κυρία είπε μισό λεπτό να σας βγάλω φωτοτυπία και έκανε τον καφε της και περιμέναμε! Ήρθε μετά από αρκετά λεπτά με τον καφε στο χέρι!!! Irony and rudeness! My husband and I went to get some papers and the lady said half a minute to make a photocopy for you and she made her coffee and we waited! He came after several minutes with the coffee in his hand !!!
J	Jennifer Genpezz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τον εκπρόσωπο του ΚΕΠ κυρίου Παπουτσά,ο οποίος ανταποκριθηκε με ευγένεια στο ερώτημα μου για υποβολή αιτήματος μου ως Αμεα. Η επιλογή τέτοιων ανθρώπων στα ΚΕΠ κάνουν την διαφορά!!!
G	G V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the employees are polite and helpful. Usually there are no queues or other sources of delays. On the other hand employees are not knowledgeable of more complicated bureaucracy administrative procedures. Finding a proper parking spot in not so easy
P	Paschalis Gkaidatzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical KEP. Nothing more or less in terms of services provided when compared to other ones, especially in the Thessaloniki metropolitan area. However, since it is located outside the strict Thessaloniki town borders, it usually has short to no queues when compared to other KEPs of other areas in Thessaloniki. Parking is indeed a problem, but this is a more general problem of Thermi's center. 4/5 stars from me, since there is always room for improvement. For example the customer, or citizen, in that case, service, should be more polite and the employees more familiar and aware of administrative affairs. But, as said earlier that stands for every KEP nationwide.
