Everyone is very helpful and polite, the only problem is that you have to make an appointment even for a one minute process like in any public service, it 's just for laughs.

n	naf nafsika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιτρέπεται η είσοδος σε δύο άτομα κάθε φορά.. εκτός αν έχεις γνωστό μέσα , πάρεις τηλ βγει η γνωστή σου υπάλληλος και σε βάλει μέσα ( 2 άτομα) να περιμένεις . Σήμερα 12/01 που κάνει ψοφοκρυο ! Two people are allowed to enter at a time .. unless you have an acquaintance inside, your acquaintance gets on the phone and puts you in (2 people) to wait. Today 12/01 that is freezing cold!
K	KATERINA KANNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ηλεκτρονικώς ραντεβού για κάτι πολύ συγκεκριμένο που τελικά δε γινόταν εκεί. Παρόλο που το περιέγραψα στην αίτησή μου ακριβώς τι ήθελα, όχι μόνο δε με πήρε κανείς για να μην πάω αδίκως αλλά τους πήρα 100 τηλέφωνα για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι γίνεται εκεί και κανείς δεν το σήκωσε. Όταν πήγα εκεί, φυσικά είχαν μέσα πάνω από δυο άτομα που υποτίθεται ότι επιτρέπονται λόγω κοβιντ και μόλις συνειδητοποίησαν ότι δεν ήξεραν ούτε καν τι ζητούσα και τους ενημέρωσα για τον αριθμό του τηλεφώνου που καλούσα αδίκως, η μια υπάλληλος πρόλαβε να μου πει ότι το τηλέφωνο αυτό δεν ανήκει σε αυτούς, με την άλλη υπάλληλο να τη διορθώνει ότι όντως ανήκει σε αυτούς και δεν το σήκωναν γιατί ίσως να είχαν πολύ δουλειά και τις 100 φορές που κάλεσα. Τέτοιους υπαλλήλους θελουμε που δεν ξέρουν ούτε καν το τηλέφωνο της δουλειάς τους ή που σε κοροϊδεύουν μπροστά στα μάτια σου μόνο μόνο για να σε αποφύγουν. Απαράδεκτοι. I made an appointment online for something very specific that did not happen there. Although I described in my application exactly what I wanted, not only did no one pick me up so that I would not go unjustly but I got 100 phone calls to confirm that it was done there and no one picked it up. When I went there, of course, there were more than two people inside who were supposedly allowed because of couvings and as soon as they realized they did not even know what I was asking for and informed them of the phone number I was calling unfairly, one clerk managed to tell me that this phone it does not belong to them, with the other employee correcting it that it really belongs to them and they did not pick it up because maybe they had a lot of work the 100 times I called. We want such employees who do not even know the phone number of their job or who make fun of you in front of your eyes just to avoid you. Unacceptable.
