Β	Βασίλειος Χατζηιωάννου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι το έβαλα για να ανοίξω η εφαρμογή, από τότε που αρχησε το λοκνταουν βρήκαν ευκαιρία και δεν δουλεύουν δεν θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν το κοινό, μέχρι σου κλείνουν το τηλέφωνο, οπότε το σηκώνουν, μια υπάλληλος που πολλοί στην ΚΕΡΑΤΕΑ σχολιάζουν πολύ άσχημα αρνείται να εξυπηρέτηση δικαιολογώντας ότι είναι πολύ απασχολημένοι και για ένα γνήσιο υπογραφής σε εκπέμπει στο αστυνομικό τμήμα, φυσικά παίρνουν παράδειγμα από τον προϊστάμενο τους στον οποίο προσπάθησα να παραπονοθω και μου έκανε μαθήματα για να στείλω SMS κλπ λες και δεν ξέρουμε, φυσικά όταν ζήτησα τα ονόματα τους για να παραπονεθω στο Υπουργείο Εσωτερικών η απάντηση του ήταν ότι είναι μόνιμος Δημόσιος υπάλληλος και να γράψω που θέλω...μαλιστα αυτή ήταν η απάντηση και η εξυπηρέτηση η οποία φυσικά με εξοργησε..ΝΤΡΟΠΗ να σταματήσει το λοκνταουν και να δούμε τι δικαιολογία θα εχουν I put one star to open the application, since the lockdown started they found an opportunity and do not work they do not want to serve the public, until they hang up the phone, so they pick it up, an employee that many in KERATEA comment very badly refuses to service justifying that they are very busy and for a genuine signature sends you to the police station, of course they take an example from their boss to whom I tried to complain and he taught me to send SMS etc as if we do not know, of course when I asked for their names for to complain to the Ministry of Interior his answer was that he is a permanent civil servant and to write what I want ... in fact this was the answer and the service which of course infuriated me..SHAME to stop the lockdown and see what excuse they will have

Excellent service both by phone and in person, the unobserved rules of hygiene are observed, I wish all public services worked the same, ATTENTION this service is now accepted by the public ONLY by telephone appointment & usually the appointments are available for the next day.
Δ	Δημος Παπαγιαννης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγω ζητησα να μου βαλουν το ΑΦΜ στο ΑΜΚΑ και μου εκαναν επιβεβαιωση Αμκα.Εχασα το επιδομα παιδιου και με αντιμετωπισαν πολυ προσβλητικα.ΔΕν θελω να βαλω αστερι αλλα δεν εμφανιζεται η αναρτηση αλλιως. I asked them to put my TIN at AMKA and they confirmed Amka to me. I lost my child allowance and I was treated very insultingly. I do not want to put a star but the post does not appear otherwise.

Ειμαι Ελληνας του εξωτερικου και ποτε στην Ελλαδα δεν εχω δει το δημοσιο να λειτουργει ετσι και τους υπαλληλους να εχουν τετοια ευγενεια. Συγχαρητηρια Καλη χρονια Excellent service, all the most noble ladies, willing to serve, wishing the public to function like the KEP Keratea. I am a Greek abroad and I have never seen the public sector work like this in Greece and the employees have such courtesy. Congratulations Happy New Year
