★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H μεγαλούτσικη κυρία χρειαζεται αλλαγες, δεν ειναι πολύ εξυπηρετική και ζηταει και δικαιολογητικα που δεν χρειαζονται (στο λέει η ιδια οταν ξαναπάς γιατι δεν θυμαται τι ειχε ζητησει).
Η αλλη κυρία ειναι όλα τα λεφτα, εξυπηρετικη, ευγενικη και προθυμη ακομη και να σου στείλει οτι ζητησες στην πόρτα σου αν δεν μπορεις να πας!!
The big lady needs changes, she is not very helpful and she also asks for documents that are not needed (she tells herself when you go again because she does not remember what she had asked for).
The other lady is all the money, helpful, kind and even willing to send you what you asked for at your door if you can't go !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν έχετε κάποιο λίγο περίπλοκο ζήτημα και μπορείτε να πάτε σε άλλο ΚΕΠ της περιοχής, μην επιλέξετε αυτό. Η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε έδινε την εντύπωση ότι δεν ήξερε στοιχειώδη θέματα της δουλειάς της, αδυνατούσε να κατανοήσει τις πληροφορίες που της παρέθετα, έδινε λάθος/ανακριβής ενημέρωση για βασικά ζητήματα, και το βασικότερο, δεν είχε καθόλου τρόπους. Έφυγα χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθώ αφού κατά τα λεγόμενα της υπαλλήλου δεν μπορούσε να κάνει κάτι για το ζήτημά μου. Πήγα στα ΚΕΠ Γαστούνης όπου εξήγησα ακριβώς το θέμα μου και η υπάλληλος έκανε την σωστή διαδικασία χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα και πολλές συζητήσεις. Δεν έχω εμπειρία με κάποιο άλλο υπάλληλο στα ΚΕΠ Λεχαινών οπότε απολογούμαι αν η κυρία αυτή δεν είναι αντιπροσωπευτικό δείγμα των υπαλλήλων του συγκεκριμένου ΚΕΠ.
If you have a slightly complicated issue and can go to another KEP in the area, do not choose this one. The lady who served me gave the impression that she did not know the basics of her work, she could not understand the information I was quoting, she gave incorrect / inaccurate information on key issues, and most importantly, she had no manners at all. I left without being served since according to the employee she could not do anything about my issue. I went to KEP Gastounis where I explained exactly my topic and the employee did the right procedure without any problems and many discussions. I do not have experience with any other employee in the KEP of Lechaina, so I apologize if this lady is not a representative sample of the employees of the specific KEP.
