P	Panagiotis Myrelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση που έχει αναρτηθεί στο ΚΕΠ από τις 13/7/20 οι ώρες εξυπηρέτησης για το κοινό θα είναι οι εξής: Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή 08:00 -14:00 Σάββατο 08:00 - 13:30 Έχω εξυπηρετηθεί αρκετές φορές. Πρέπει να γίνει αντιληπτό ότι κάποιες από τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρονται καθυστερούν και ο λόγος είναι ότι αυτό έχει να κάνει και με τις υπηρεσίες που είναι αρμόδιες για το αίτημα μας. Είναι προτιμότερο λοιπόν να απευθυνόμαστε κατευθείαν στην αρμόδια υπηρεσία αν θέλουμε ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. According to an announcement posted on the KEP from 13/7/20, the service hours for the public will be the following: Monday - Friday 08:00 -14: 00 Saturday 08:00 - 13:30 I have been served several times. It must be understood that some of the services offered are delayed and the reason is that this has to do with the services that are responsible for our request. It is therefore better to contact the competent service directly if we want faster service.

G	Giuseppe Montrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo solo essere chiaro per capire con chi abbiamo a che fare negli uffici pubblici greci: in questo ufficio Kep, i tre sportelli sono davvero efficienti, ma lo sportello informazioni ce un un addetto a dir poco: PESSIMO , MALEDUCATO, SCORBUTICO, IGNORANTE , PRATICAMENTE UN CAPRONE. Perché scrivo questo, perché oggi mi ha accolto questo CAPRONE, dicendomi che qui in Grecia si parla solo greco e non l inglese e mi ha cacciato fuori , sinonimo di una grande ignoranza. Non dico altro perché starei qui a scrivere ma sicuramente non si risolverebbe nulla visto che con l ignoranza nn ci si può imbattere. I just wanted to be clear to understand who we are dealing with in the Greek public offices: in this Kep office, the three counters are really efficient, but the information desk has one employee to say the least: BAD, RUDE, SCORBUTIC, IGNORANT, PRACTICALLY A GOAT. Why I am writing this, because today this GOAT welcomed me, telling me that here in Greece we only speak Greek and not English and he threw me out, synonymous with great ignorance. I do not say anything else because I would be here to write but surely nothing would be solved since you can not come across ignorance.
G	George Tsikelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τηλέφωνο εάν το σήκωνε κάποιος που θα μπορούσε, θα είχαμε αποφύγει τα νεύρα μας τις κακές κριτικές και πάνω από όλα θα παίρναμε μία απάντηση στις ερωτήσεις μας. If the phone was picked up by someone who could, we would have avoided the bad reviews and above all we would have got an answer to our questions.
Ν	Νούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές χρειάστηκα τη βοήθεια των υπαλλήλων του ΚΕΠ Αγ. Λαύρας η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης, η εξυπηρέτηση τελικά και η ευγένεια των υπαλλήλων ήταν μοναδική. Όσες φορές χρειάστηκα εξυπηρέτηση ή ενημέρωση και απευθύνθηκα στο παραπάνω ΚΕΠ μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου (e-mail), μέσα σε λίγες ώρες, αρμόδιος υπάλληλος επικοινωνούσε μαζί μου πάντα με ευγένεια, υπομονή και διάθεση για ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση. Ενδεικτικά, στις παρακάτω ημερομηνίες (24/6/21 και 18/1/22 πληροφορίες για εμβόλιο, 2/9/21 πληροφορίες για ανανέωση διπλώματος οδήγησης, 19/2/22 πληροφορίες για ΕΥΔΑΠ) οι επικοινωνία των υπαλλήλων έγινε την άλλη μέρα το πρωϊ μέχρι τις 10:00 η ώρα. 23/12/21 ραντεβού για γνήσιο υπογραφής άμεση τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και σήμερα 2/3/22 οδηγίες για εμβολιασμένη και στο εξωτερικό μου δόθηκαν μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας υπαλλήλου μετά από 16 λεπτά από την ώρα που έστειλα το ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα, πάντα με ευγένεια και το τονίζω αυτό. Μένω άφωνη πραγματικά με τα απαξιωτικά σχόλια που είδα . Θεωρώ ότι το συγκεκριμένο ΚΕΠ είναι μια από τις καλύτερες δημόσιες υπηρεσίες που υπάρχουν. Whenever I needed the help of the employees of KEP Ag. Lavra the mood of service, the service ultimately and the courtesy of the employees was unique. Whenever I needed service or information and I addressed the above KEP via e-mail, within a few hours, a competent employee always communicated with me with courtesy, patience and willingness for fast service. Indicatively, on the following dates (24/6/21 and 18/1/22 information for vaccine, 2/9/21 information for renewal of driver's license, 19/2/22 information for EYDAP) the communication of the employees took place the next day in morning until 10:00. 23/12/21 appointment for genuine signature direct telephone communication and today 2/3/22 instructions for vaccinated and abroad I was given via telephone communication of an employee after 16 minutes from the time I sent the email, always politely and I emphasize it this. I'm really speechless with the disparaging comments I saw. I consider that this KEP is one of the best public services that exist.
