E	Efi Kotsidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να με βοηθήσουν στην έκδοση πιστοποιητικού νόσησης για το παιδί μου και όταν δεν βγάλαμε ακρη καί το σύστημα δεν μου εξέδιδε το πιστοποιητικό, άρχιζε να φωνάζει απ'μέσα ο κύριος, ενώ μιλούσα με μια κυρία, λες και ήταν στο καφενείο ή στο σπίτι του καί μου λέει κλείστε ραντεβού καί ελάτε εδώ, στην ερώτηση μου "ααα στο Δήμο Χαλανδρίου ΔΕΝ χρειάζεται ραντεβού" όχι ότι ήθελα σώνει και ντε να πάω χώρις ραντεβού σε αυτούς άρχισε να μου φωνάζει λές καί μάλωνε με την γυναίκα του! Περίμενα μια συμπεριφορά του τύπου " ξέρετε αυτό ισχύει σε εμάς, δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι" καί να τελειωνε η συζήτηση! Το να μου κουνάνει το δάχτυλο ΔΕΝ είναι συμπεριφορά, αν ο οποιοσδήποτε υπάλληλος δεν μπορεί να διαχειριστεί τόν πολίτη/ πελάτη σε αυτό που θα τού πει ακόμα και αν είναι λάθος να πάει σπιτάκι του! I got on the phone to help with the issuance of a medical certificate for my child and when we did not give up and the system did not issue me the certificate, the gentleman started shouting from inside, while I was talking to a lady, as if she were in the cafe or in the his house and he tells me to make an appointment and come here, to my question "aaa in the Municipality of Halandri you do NOT need an appointment" not that I wanted to save and de to go without an appointment with them he started shouting at me as if he was arguing with his wife! I was waiting for a behavior like "you know this applies to us, unfortunately I can not do anything" and the conversation was over! Waving my finger is NOT a behavior, if any employee can not manage the citizen / customer in what he will tell him even if it is wrong to go home!
