★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Κέντρο Εξυπηρέτησης Πολιτών Πτελεού βρίσκεται στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του χωριού, απέναντι από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο μοναδικός υπάλληλος επιτελεί αξιομνημόνευτο έργο, είναι εξυπηρετικότατος και εργάζεται αρκετά συχνά πέραν του ωραρίου εργασίας του για να εξυπηρετήσει τους πολίτες. Είναι πολύ σημαντική Υπηρεσία για τους κατοίκους της περιοχής, διότι διαφορετικά θα αναγκαζόντουσαν να μεταβούν με συγκοινωνία τουλάχιστον μέχρι την έδρα του Δήμου, στον Αλμυρό, προκειμένου να διεκπεραιώσουν υποθέσεις τους με το Δημόσιο.
 The Citizens' Service Center of Pteleos is located in the most central part of the village, opposite the central square of the village. The single employee does a memorable job, is very helpful and often works well beyond his working hours to serve the public. It is a very important Service for the residents of the area, because otherwise they would have to travel at least as far as the Municipality headquarters to Almyros in order to handle their cases with the State.
