Έκαναν λάθος στην παραγγελία μου και όταν τους έστειλα για να το διορθώσουν 2-3 φορές, όπου στην πρώτη απάντησαν για να δικαιολογηθούν και μετά δεν ξανά απάντησαν και ούτε έκαναν κάτι για να το διορθώσουν! Poor service! Αγόρασα smartphone το οποίο δεν στέλνει μηνύματα και όταν αποσταλούν παραλαμβάνονται μετά από ημέρες. Όταν αποφασίσει να δεχτεί κλήσεις, διακόπτονται και πολλά ακόμη παρόμοια. Οι άνθρωποι δεν έχουν καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν. Το έστειλαν στο service και κάνανε αναβάθμιση λειτουργικού, τα προβλήματα παραμένουν και μου λένε να το ξαναστείλω να το δουν στο service, κινητό με χρήση ωρών. Μακριά από αυτούς, η χείριστη επιλογή.
