Si arriva in barca e si può fare una passeggiata tra le belle botteghe di artigianato locale; apprezzabili i monili in argento anche se i prezzi non sono particolarmente a buon mercato. Ci sono dei ristorantini molto graziosi dove si trova dell'ottimo pesce. Da provare.
 Small village of Ithaca with a landscape to take your breath away. You arrive by boat and you can take a walk among the beautiful local craft shops; silver jewelry is appreciable even if the prices are not particularly cheap. There are some very nice restaurants where you can find excellent fish. To try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assume they are nice people.. but we had a terrible poor service :( We booked the boat more than 1 month in advance, also confirmed over e-mail and on-site the day before. On the day of the pick-up they delayed for more than 45min and finally said there were no boats available for us… incredible!! we ended-up paying more than agreed to have a boat and we wasted 1h of the day… very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kioni boat hire is a very flexible & economical service that is ran by George & his family. He has a number of boats to choose from, where you can visit secluded beaches and surrounding islands, very easily. He also, rents - Electric bikes and motobikes. A friendly service and a fantastic day out, not to be missed....Don't forget your fishing rod/real, there are tonnes of big, tasty fish, for the taking!
