A	Anna 6332 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άρχισα να πηγαίνω σε αυτό το κατάστημα κατά τη διάρκεια της καραντίνας γιατί με εξυπηρετούσε πολύ σαν συνδυασμός σούπερ μάρκετ και περιπτέρου. Έπαιρνα πάντα μία κούτα heets την οποία μου έφερναν συνηθως απο την αποθήκη και διάφορα ψώνια για το σπίτι. Ήμουν πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη και μου άρεσε πολύ που έλεγα και μία καλημέρα με τους εργαζόμενους! Ξαφνικά, τέλος Αυγούστου γυρίζω από διακοπές και βρίσκω εντελώς διαφορετική συμπεριφορά. Πήγα 5-6 φορές τον Σεπτέμβριο και τον Οκτώβριο, ποτέ δεν είχαν κούτα heets και η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν απαράδεκτη. Όταν ζήτησα να την παραγγείλω για να μου τη φέρουν την επόμενη μέρα (οπως έκανα όταν δεν ειχαν από τον Μάρτιο ως τον Ιούλιο), μου είπαν «Τι λέτε;;; Δεν γίνεται αυτό!!». Σαν να ήθελαν να με διώξουν. Μέχρι που μία κοπέλα μου είπε «τελειώνετε! Περιμένει κόσμος!» την ώρα που άδειαζα το καλάθι στο ταμείο. Και δεν καθυστερουσα... Αποφάσισα λοιπόν να παραγγείλω τηλεφωνικώς την επόμενη φορά. Η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο ήταν υπερβολικά απότομη, σαν να έπαιρνα να τους ζητήσω δανεικά και όχι να παραγγείλω πράγματα και να τα πληρώσω! Τελικά, μετά από 1,5 ώρα η παραγγελία δεν είχε έρθει. Τους κάλεσα και μου είπαν «είναι στο δρόμο». 20 λεπτά αργότερα και ενώ η παραγγελία ακόμη δεν είχε έρθει, τους ξανακαλεσα και μου είπαν «δεν την παρέδωσε ο ντελιβεράς γιατί δε σας έβρισκε», σε μια διεύθυνση στην οποία το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει παραδώσει δεκάδες φορές. Την ακύρωσα προφανως. Τι να πω; Δεν ξέρω τι έγινε και από τη χαμογελαστή καλημέρα έφτασαν σε αυτή την αγενή συμπεριφορά και σε τόσο κακό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης, πάντως πλέον θα ξαναψωνισω από εκεί μόνο αν είναι απόλυτη ανάγκη. Κρίμα, απλά κρίμα. I started going to this store during the quarantine because it served me very well as a combination of a supermarket and a kiosk. I always got a box of heets which they usually brought to me from the warehouse and various shopping for the house. I was very happy and I really liked saying good morning to the employees! Suddenly, at the end of August, I return from vacation and find a completely different behavior. I went 5-6 times in September and October, they never had a box of heets and their behavior was unacceptable. When I asked to order it to be brought to me the next day (as I did when they did not have it from March to July), they said "What do you say ??? This can not be done!!". As if they wanted to chase me away. Until a girl said to me "You're done! People are waiting! " while emptying the cart at the checkout. And I was not late ... So I decided to order by phone next time. The lady on the phone was too abrupt, as if I was getting to ask them for loans and not to order things and pay for them! Finally, after 1.5 hours the order had not arrived. I called them and they told me "he is on the way". 20 minutes later and while the order had not yet arrived, I called them again and they told me "the delivery man did not deliver it because he could not find you", at an address to which the specific store has delivered dozens of times. I obviously canceled it. What to say; I do not know what happened and from the smiling good morning they reached this rude behavior and such a bad level of service, however I will now shop again from there only if it is absolutely necessary. S	Stefania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα δεκάδες παραγγελίες μέσω του ekioskys και με εξυπηρετούσε το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. 9 στις 10 φορές μου έστειλαν παρεμφερή προϊόντα από αυτά που είχα παραγγείλει, λόγω ελλείψεων τους, με τη διαφορά ότι ήταν πιο οικονομικά αυτά που μου έστελναν αλλά εγώ πλήρωνα την αξία που είχε αυτό που παρήγγειλα. Σε καμία περίπτωση δε με κάλεσαν πριν φέρουν την παραγγελία να με ενημερώσουν, μήπως δε θέλω να μου αντιταστησουν κατά το δοκούν το δικό τους τα προϊόντα. Έκανα πολλες φορές παράπονα στα κέντρικα τους και η λύση που βρέθηκε ήταν μόνο να με εξυπηρετεί κατάστημα από κοντινή περιοχή.... Πέρασαν 2 ώρες για να τα φέρουν χωρίς κάποιο τηλεφώνημα να με ενημερώσουν για καθυστέρηση και η δικαιολογία στο τηλέφωνο ήταν ότι πάτησαν πιο γρήγορα τα βήματα.για την εξελιξη της παραγγελίας μου. Ο καφές λες και τον είχαν βάλει στο ψυγείο εδώ και 2 ώρες και όταν θυμήθηκαν μου τον έφεραν. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. I ordered 1 coffee (supposedly with cream) for which they charged me € 0.40 more, a monster from which I ordered another and they brought me another 4 but snacks. It took me 2 hours to bring them without any phone call to inform me of the delay and the excuse on the phone was that they stepped faster. For the progress of my order. Η υπάλληλος (ο θεός να την κάνει) με το τηλ. στο χέρι δεν απάντησε στην καλησπέρα μου αντίθετα έφυγε στο βάθος του καταστήματος αδιαφορώντας. Της έκανα νεύμα ότι ήθελα να παραγγείλω και πάλι σαν να μην ήμουνα εκεί. Φυσικά έφυγα! Ακόμα και να χεις δουλειά οφείλεις να ενημερώσεις τον πελάτη ότι πρέπει να περιμένει καθως επίσης και να δείξεις στοιχειώδη ευγένεια κ να χαιρετήσεις.
