★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της εταιρείας είναι για κλάματα. Αφού με τα χίλια ζόρια παράγγειλαμε και αντί για παλαιό Φάληρο στειλανε την παραγγελία στα Εξάρχεια. Μετά από μια ώρα και αφού έχουμε μιλήσει με τον άνθρωπο που θα τα έφερνε και μας έχει πει ότι τον έχουν στείλει λάθος μας πείρνε από την ας την πούμε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για να μας πουν ότι κάνανε λάθος και..... δεν μπορούν να μας στείλουν την παραγγελία γιατί τώρα πια έχει κλείσει το κατάστημα που εξυπηρετεί την περιοχή. Και το καλύτερο μου έστειλαν και μήνυμα το εξής "ΛYΠOYMAΣTE,TO KATAΣTHMA AΠEPPIΨE THN ΠAPAΓΓEΛIA ΣAΣ.ΛOΓOΣ AKYPΩΣHΣ: EΛΛEIΨH ΠPOIONTOΣ" ΧΑΧΑΧΑΧΑ οι άνθρωποι είναι γελιοι ΝΤΡΟΠΉ ΣΑΣ
The company's call center is for crying. After we ordered with a thousand efforts and instead of old Faliro they sent the order to Exarchia. After an hour and after we have talked to the person who would bring them and he has told us that they have sent him wrong he took us from let's say customer service to tell us that they did wrong and ..... they can not tell us send the order because now the store that serves the area is closed. And best of all, they sent me the following message:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's found in the border of the Municipalities of Palaio Faliro and Alimos, just where Pikrodafni's stream flows. It's open 24/7 indeed, and it's very convenient since it's the only store of similar style in Amfitheas/Eleftherias boulevard. It's also a small café besides that and has a few outdoor tables...sure it has more things than an ordinary kiosk such as coffee, or cold sandwiches, but on the downside it lacks the variety that 24/7 ShOpen stores have. For example on the latter, you can find take away pies, but here not (they say after 5:30 AM). Not bad, especially for the small café feature, but it could be better.
