Her determination combined with her merriness and her artlessness as well, makes her a quite prommising personal trainer.

Her love for fitness was contagious and her passion transmitted to even the laziest members of our small company! She is so knowledgeable and encouraging and always knew what exercise would provide the best result based on our needs.
Overall, I wish she could be my forever personal trainer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiriaki is a brilliant fitness coach and instructor. We were on holiday and she was recommended to us. We had several sessions together - I was so pleased. The fitness training was really first rate for a number of reasons. First, the coaching was really tailored and we worked on a number of very relevant areas. Second, she is so nice, good fun and has a really great attitude and inspired me to workout really properly and it made me really enthusiastic to do more. Third, she's super professional and is very focused on good technique - she's got lots of valuable experience. I recommend Kiriaki very highly as a fitness trainer. I wouldn't hesitate to do more. 100%!

She is encouraging, and empathetic with us which makes us be motivated more and more to complete in the best way our exercises! She can give you a variety of options with your exercises and make you choose which fits you better! We were impressed!

After some sessions I am again able to tie my shoelaces without strangling ?. My back does not hurt anymore. Thank you Kiriaki, hope to see you again soon.❤️??♂️
