I took my Schnauzer there for stripping and they pulled all his fur out and clipped the rest without asking me (this can ruin the fur’s quality). Even more disappointing the store owner was claiming I had not been a recurring customer, while I was bringing my Schnauzer there for years. I took my Schnauzer to another pet salon and his fur is back to normal after 5 months of recovery.
