★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and clean place with sea view room for me and my husband. The beach was near but very crowded in July of course, so we traveled a lot and visited other beautiful beaches in Nea Potidea.
The owner "Dimitris" was his name, was very friendly and helpful. You can find books at the reception and you can borrow them, or you can leave your book there as a gift and someone else will read it.
We didn't use the swiming pool but we saw that they were cleaning it every evening.
We will visit it again for sure❣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this place are the people. Extremely helpful, polite and smiling. The place was clean, tidy, and that view is goood. It's not the luxury hotel you may be looking for, but it feels like a family place, we were not treated like guests, we were even more comfortable, like part of their nice Kiwi family. Writing this to thank Kiwi staff and owners for the great service provided for our one-night emergency stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet little hotel. Very clean and with a nice pool in the courtyard plus a small jacuzzi like pool for the little ones.
It's great for a few days of family vacation. Nea Fokea is a charming small Greek village.
Avoid the high season in August as it is quite hot. The air conditioners in the rooms are nice and strong though, so if you stay in between 2 and 5 you can still enjoy yourselves.

Cool location - city center and beach are 5 minutes away.
Clean and tidy rooms. Nice personnel.
CONS:
Somehow noisy because of the main road passing nearby.
Pool is closed because of the "siesta time" from 14:30 to 17:30 which makes is unusable in the afternoon since after 17:30 there is no sunshine anymore. No idea why siesta time is not from 14-16:00 as it is in the most places.
Beverages from the hotel bar were more expensive than the nearby seaside taverns for no reason.
