We rented a car and when we returned it they went to load us with a scratch which already existed showing an old photo to convince us!

He made the transaction process easy, and was so helpful in a myriad of ways. He customized our rental to perfectly fit our needs and itinerary and we could not be more grateful! Can't recommend this rental company enough. Thank you Draussas!
