Τα διακοσμητικά που παρήγγειλα ήταν υπέροχα ένα προς ένα και η συσκευασία εξαιρετική!! Οι τιμές πολύ λογικές και η ποιότητα εξίσου πολύ καλή!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα τους είναι κακής ποιότητας κινέζικα. Αγορασα πριν λίγους μήνες αρκετά έπιπλα, το γραφείο ήταν ακριβό και η επιφάνεια του αποδείχτηκε χαρτινη. Μόλις κόλλησε ένα κομμάτι σελοτειπ πάνω του ξεκόλλησε η χάρτινη επιφανεια του. Αυτό έγινε 2 μερες μετα που παρέλαβα το γραφείο. Η καρέκλα γραφείου έπεφτε κάτω δεν στεκόταν όρθια. Το γραφείο δεν δέχτηκαν να το αλλάξουν και μου έδωσαν να κολλήσω πάνω αυτοκόλλητα σε χρώμα ξύλου. Μια αηδία. Στην καρέκλα μου άλλαξαν τον σωλήνα της καρέκλας και μου έβαλαν έναν πολύ κοντό με αποτέλεσμα να μην φτάνω στο γραφείο. Δεν ασχολήθηκα ξανά με το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Τέλος, τα μαξιλάρια του καναπέ χάλασαν και βούλιαξαν. Το μόνο που κανω είναι δυσφήμιση σε φίλους και γνωστούς. Μην αγοράσετε από κει.
Their products are of poor quality Chinese. I bought a few months ago a lot of furniture, the desk was expensive and its surface turned out to be paper. As soon as a piece of cellophane stuck on it, its paper surface came off. This happened 2 days after I received the office. The office chair was falling down, not standing up. The office did not agree to change it and gave me to stick stickers on wood color. A disgust. In my chair they changed the tube of the chair and put a very short one so that I could not reach the office. I did not deal with this store again. Finally, the sofa cushions broke and sank. All I do is defame friends and acquaintances. Do not buy from there.

Η ιστορία έχει ως εξής:
Βρισκω στο Σκρουτζ πολυθρόνα, συγκεκριμένα την Morgan, 135€ μπαινω στο πρώτο site που μου βγάζει (kleidis home) και η τιμή 170€. Ωραία λέω πολυθρονα και σκαμπό μαζί μια χαρά, κάνω κατάθεση και όλα κομπλέ!
Έρχεται η πολυθρόνα μόνη της. Τσεκαρω πάλι την σελίδα να δω αν αναγράφει κάπου ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το σκαμπό. Φυσικά και ΔΕΝ το αναφέρουν και εκτός απο αυτό υπάρχει φωτογραφία με το σκαμπό.
Επικοινωνώ μαζί τούς κάνα 3αρι φορές, εννοείται δεν μου είπαν ποτε οτι είναι λάθος τους και θα έπρεπε να αναφέρετε ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το σκαμπό και όσο για την τιμή στο Σκρουτζ δεν είχε προλάβει να συγχρονίστει η τιμή χωρίς την εκπτώση.
Με καλει υποτίθεται ο "υπεύθυνος" για να δούμε τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε. Μετά από φωνές δικές μου αλλά και του ίδιου επιμένοντας ότι είναι σωστό να υπάρχει φωτογραφία με ίδιο σετ σκαμπό αλλά και να μην το επισημάνουν στην περιγραφή, καταλάβαινω ότι ο "υπεύθυνος" δεν είναι ο υπεύθυνος που όλοι θα θεωρούσαμε αλλά ο τεχνικός του site.
Εσύ υπεύθυνε αν βρεις χρόνο και το διαβάσεις (διότι ήσουν απασχολημένος από ότι μου είπε μετά ο υπάλληλος) πάρε με ένα τηλέφωνο να στο πω πιο αναλυτικά!
Ωστόσο παιδιά πολυ προσοχή, πάρτε καλύτερα τηλέφωνο πριν αγοράσετε το οτιδήποτε, γτ το site τους έχει κάποιες κουφάλες!
Unacceptable!
The story is as follows:
I find an armchair in Scrooge, specifically Morgan, 135 € I enter the first site that comes out (kleidis home) and the price is 170 €. Nice to say armchair and stool together just fine, I make a deposit and everything is complete!
The armchair comes alone. I check the page again to see if it says somewhere that the stool is not included. Of course they do NOT mention it and apart from that there is a photo with the stool.
I contact them a couple of times, of course they never told me that it was their fault and you should mention that the stool is not included and as for the price in Scrooge he did not manage to synchronize the price without the discount.
The "person in charge" is supposed to call me to see what we can do. After voices of my own and of him insisting that it is right to have a photo with the same set of stools but not to point it out in the description, I understand that the "responsible" is not the responsible one we would all consider but the site technician.
You were responsible if you find time and read it (because you were busy from what the clerk told me later) take a phone call to tell you in more detail!
However guys be very careful, get better phone before you buy anything, because their site has some holes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω στείλει mail και περιμένω απάντηση. Ελαττωματική φθαρμένη καρέκλα σε καμια περίπτωση προς πώληση. Ίσως έκαναν λάθος κ το διορθώσουν. Η πορεία θα δείξει αν αλλάξει η κριτική η γίνει δυσφήμιση στα social και καταγγελία στο ΣτΚ.
I have sent an email and I am waiting for a reply. Defective worn chair in no case for sale. Maybe they made a mistake and correct it. The course will show if the criticism changes or there is a defamation on social and a complaint to STK.
