Η παράδοση έγινε μέσα σε 3 μέρες. Ταχύτατα. Είχαμε ένα σπάσιμο σε μια πλάτη νοβοπάν σε μια από τις βιτρίνες, (όχι κάτι τραγικό που επηρέαζε το συνολικό προϊόν), μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα και την άμεση απάντηση τους, παρόλο που δεν είχαν να μου στείλουν το συγκεκριμένο κομμάτι, ήταν πρόθυμοι να μου πληρώσουν το κόστος του μετά την αντικατάσταση του, από κάποιον μαραγκό που θα έβρισκα εγώ για να το αντικαταστήσω. Σπάνια αντιμετώπιση από κατάστημα αλλά με θετικό αποτέλεσμα για τον καταναλωτή. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και από την εξυπηρέτηση και από το προϊόν φυσικά. We had a break in a chipboard back in one of the shop windows, (not something tragic that affected the overall product), after contacting the store and their immediate response, although they did not have to send me this piece, they were willing to they pay me its cost after its replacement, by a carpenter that I would find to replace it. Δεν θα μείνω ούτε στο γεγονός ότι καθυστέρησε φοβερά η αντικατάσταση του. Αλλά δεν μπορώ να παραβλέψω το γεγονός ότι το τραπεζάκι που ήρθε μετά κόπων και βασάνων ολόκληρο, ήταν άλλο χρώμα από αυτό που παρήγγειλα χωρίς καμία απολύτως προειδοποίηση. Δεν μπαίνω στην διαδικασία να το ξαναλλαξω, γιατί φοβάμαι μη μου στείλουν καρέκλα αυτή τη φορά. Μετά από την απάντηση του καταστήματος προσθέτω μόνο το παρακάτω.Παρα την όλη καλή διαθεση που επέδειξε το κατάστημα σας, όπως επίσης και εγώ αντιστοίχως, όταν χρειάζονται 5 emails για να μου παραδοθεί κάτι που έχω ήδη πληρώσει, κάτι δεν πάει καλά. Επίσης το ότι η πολιτική της εταιρείας σας είναι να πρέπει να επιστραφεί το προϊόν για να αποσταλεί τοτε και μόνο το νέο, δεν με βρίσκει σύμφωνη. Κι αυτό διότι εγώ πληρώνω για να έχω ένα προϊόν μια προσυμφωνημένη μέρα, χωρίς να είναι σπασμένο απο το κατάστημα (η συσκευασία ήταν σαν καινούρια) η λάθος χρώμα. Όταν παραδίδουμε κάτι ελλαττωματικο ή σπασμένο, δεν κάνουμε "χάρη" και "αλλάζουμε την πολιτική του καταστήματος". Κάνουμε ότι μπορούμε για να παραδώσουμε αυτό που μας ζητήθηκε και προπληρωθηκε. To order it goes fast, delivery is a problem and took 10 phonecalls with promises but after being angry the problem became solved immediatly. The Heater was working one week. Then a problem with switching on, not all the lamps where burning as it switch off. After 6 weeks the Heather doesn't switch on at all anymore. Again phonecall....manipulation, manipulation and manipulation. A video was needed, so I sent, than a Photo was needed, so I sent....no news anymore as I had to call again.....they need another video and sent 3 times an example in attachment what not was to open, again a phonecall.....not willing to solve the case as repeating 10 times no converstation possible and that now it's middle of the winter and it's cold, but that doesn't matter them at allllll.....Case is still not solved after two weeks. The heater is paid by 55 euros and was good for 6 weeks half working.
