M	Mike Re on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!!! Είμαι από τη Σύμη παρήγγειλα ανταλλακτικό... Μου είπανε πως θα έρθει σε τρεις εργάσιμες και μου ήρθε σε δεκαπέντε...και τελικά μου ήρθε λάθος το ανταλλακτικό!!! Αναγκάστηκα να φορτώσω το αμάξι σε γερανό και να πάω στη Ρόδο!!!! Απλά απαράδεκτο!!!! Unacceptable service !!! I'm from Symi, I ordered a spare part ... I was told that it would come in three working days and it came to me at fifteen ... and in the end I got the spare part wrong !!! I had to load the car into a crane and go to Rhodes !!!! Just unacceptable !!!!

Για atos χερούλι πόρτας οδηγού και το μέσα που ανοίγει η πόρτα και ήταν και λάθος που δεν έκανε ενώ του είπα του κυρίου για ποιο αμάξι το θέλω 2,3 φορές Very expensive for imitation spare parts .. G	Giannis Solomonidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψωνίζω κατά καιρούς από το 2006 απο αυτό το μαγαζί. Έχει και γνήσια πράγματα και aftermarket. Γενικά από την ποιότητα των ανταλλακτικών δεν έχω παράπονο. Η συμπεριφορά όμως του μεγάλου σε ηλικία είναι κακή. Τελευταία φορά ζήτησα μαρκουτσια(σωληνάκια) φρένων για tucson και ήταν λες και τον σκότισα, μου είπε ότι δεν του έχει ξαναζητησει κανεις και ότι δεν φέρνει και ούτε πρόκειται να φέρει με ύφος αγενεστατο . Όταν βρίσκεται ο νεαρός ο Κώστας στο μαγαζί η εξυπηρέτηση είναι σε άλλο επίπεδο αλλά δυστυχώς δεν είναι παντα εκει. Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναμπώ σε αυτό το μαγαζί και να χάσω το χρόνο μου λόγο συμπεριφορας και απροθυμίας εξυπηρέτησης ενώ έχει κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα και εάν δεν τα έχει μπορεί να τα παραγγείλει κατόπιν συμφωνίας. Η	ΗΛΙΑΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΛΑ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μου είπαν ότι υπάρχει διαθέσιμο το ανταλλακτικό στα 70€.παω να το πάρω και εκεί μου ζητανε 140€. Τους λέω μάλλον κάποιο λαθοσ κάνετε Και ακόμα και έτσι να είναι το έχω βρει άλλου 105€ και η απάντηση τους ήταν γιατί δεν πηγα να το πάρω από εκεί;;;; Μετά μου λέει ένταξη πάρε το 70€ και μου δίνει ανταλλακτικό από μοντέλο 4 χρόνων πιο παλιό. ....Να μην μιλήσουμε για ευγενία και συμπεριφορά...Κάπου χάθηκαν στο δρομο Στην επικοινωνία με τον ηλικιωμένο «κύριο» δεν μου ζήτησε πλαίσιο αλλά να είμαι σίγουρος ότι είναι το ίδιο με της φωτογραφίας της αγγελίας. Όσο για το ποσό πουλάνε οι άλλοι και το ψάχνετε δείχνει όντως ότι τελικά δεν ξέρετε το σας γίνεται....Καλο θα είναι να κατεβάσετε και την αγγελια από το car για να μην συνεχίσετε να παραπλανάτε τον κόσμο η να βάλετε τιμη 140€ JUST UNACCEPTABLE !!! Σίγουρα είναι ανταγωνιστές, γιατί δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος να πεις άσχημη κουβέντα γι αυτήν την επιχείρηση. Οι καλύτεροι άνθρωποι (φιλικοί και πάντα εξυπηρετικοί) και πάντα σου βρίσκουν άμεσα αυτό που θες. Ας ηρεμήσει λίγο ο ανταγωνισμός με τη χολή που βγάζει γιατί δεν τους φτάνετε με τίποτα, ούτε στο μικρό τους δαχτυλάκι. THE BEST SHOP FOR KIA AND HYUNDAI SPARE PARTS. WELL DONE. Αγόρασα ένα ανταλλακτικό για hyundai i10 και ειμαι αρκετά ικανοποιημένη και από την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και από την ποιότητα.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Very reliable store with affordable prices. Έψαχνα ένα πολύ συγκεκριμένο ανταλλακτικό και ήταν το μοναδικό κατάστημα που με εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα και με ευγένεια. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω και μελλοντικά.
