★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση,μηδέν χρόνος αναμονής από την ώρα του ραντεβού,όλες οι κοπέλες πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικές και ευγενέστερες,ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος.σε σαρανταπέντε λεπτά έκανα τη μαστογραφία μου και πήρα και την γνωμάτευση μου.επισης οικονομικότερα πολύ από αλλά ιδιωτικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα του Ηρακλείου!σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πάρα πολύ!!!!
Flawless service, zero waiting time from the time of the appointment, all the girls very helpful and noble, the place is spotless. In forty-five minutes I did my mammogram and got my opinion. Also much cheaper than his private diagnostic centers! thank you very much !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 18-9-20 έδωσα αίμα για μερικές εξετάσεις. Στις 19-9-20 με ειδοποίησαν να ξαναδώσω αίμα γιατί δεν είδαν το ένα παραπεμπτικό( το είδαν όμως όταν με χρέωσαν. ΟΥΤΕ ΕΝΑ ΣΥΓΝΩΜΗ...
Στις 21-9-20 πήγα να πάρω τ αποτελέσματα. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι όλα μέσα στον φάκελο. Εκ των υστέρων διαπίστωσα ότι έλειπαν αρκετές και έπρεπε να ξαναπάω πάλι δεύτερη φορά. ΠΑΛΙ ΟΥΤΕ ΕΝΑ ΣΥΓΝΩΜΗ.
Την μελαχρινή κοπέλα στην υποδοχή, καλό θα ήταν να εκπαιδεύσετε καλύτερα.
Εγώ θα συνεχίσω να πηγαίνω στο υποκατάστημα της Κνωσσού ( αν και κάτοικος Αλικαρνασσού ) Άλλωστε εκεί δεν είχα ποτέ πρόβλημα τόσα χρόνια.
On 9/18/20 I gave blood for some tests. On 19-9-20 I was notified to donate blood again because they did not see the one referral (but they saw it when they charged me. NOT A SORRY ...
On 9/21/20 I went to get the results. They assured me that everything is in the file. Afterwards I found that several were missing and I had to go again a second time. AGAIN NOT AN APOLOGY.
The brunette girl in the reception, it would be good to train better.
I will continue to go to the Knossos branch (although a resident of Bodrum) Besides, I have never had a problem there for so many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τη πρώτη φορά που ήρθα ήταν όλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί κ άμεσοι..Στη δεύτερη μου επίσκεψη πάλι μεγάλη απογοήτευση..περιμέναμε το γιατρό εδώ και 50 λεπτά!!Για εξέταση υπερηχου κ μάλιστα κάτω κοιλίας που καταλαβαίνετε τη πίεση κ τη ταλαιπωρία να μην έχεις φάει από το πρωί μέχρι τις 3 ούτε νερό ούτε φαγητό κ να έχεις αυτή τη συμπεριφορά από το γιατρό! Χωρις καμια Ενημέρωση!!!Και μιλάμε κατά τα άλλα για ιδιωτικό ιατρικό κέντρο!!Τραγικό!
The first time I came they were all very helpful and immediate..On my second visit again a big disappointment..We waited for the doctor for 50 minutes !! in the morning until 3 no water or food and have this behavior from the doctor! Without any Information !!! And otherwise we are talking about a private medical center !! Tragic!
