Η ξανθιά κυρία ήταν επιθετική, βιαστική (χωρίς να υπάρχει άλλος πολίτης εντός) δεν ήξερε να μ απαντήσει σε απορίες που είχα, οι οποίες ήταν στις αρμοδιότητες της. Λυπάμαι για κάποιους δημόσιους υπαλλήλους που επιβεβαιωνουν την κοινή γνώμη ότι δδν κάνουν τη δουλειά τους κ φέρονται με αγένεια.
The kindness and ability to listen to what a fellow human being tells us are virtues that I have not encountered when visiting the service. The blonde lady was aggressive, hurried (without any other citizen inside) she did not know how to answer my questions, which were in her responsibilities. I am sorry for some civil servants who confirm the public opinion that they are not doing their job and are behaving rudely.
