And for good reason. You simply cannot absorb the sculpture, the texture, the grace of it all. After that it is a free fall. Where to start? Which to leave out? The apple pie? the cheese cake? the eclair? the profiterole? (the 'red velvet' will make you cry ...). All that plus impeccable service and a coffee brand which I had never come across in Athens and will now search for. Hooked on Kokakias! You will be too!
T	The Wanderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my least favorite deserts is kok (eclair dough cream sandwich in syrup, covered with chocolate). But what I tasted here today was a totally different experience. The ekmek version was outstanding. Such a small bite clearly included a bouquet of flavors and textures. I also had the Basques cheese cake which was ok but far from the ones I had in the Basques country. It rather resembles some Greek versions of a yogurt pie. Definitely eager to taste more.
