★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant walk up on ancient 'donkey trail' from Lakones to the now deserted village of Vitoulades, only this church remains. Amazing views all the way and lovely walking (about 40 mins each way). Or add another 40 mins each way like we did and first do the ? trail between Paleokastritsa and Lakones, stopping off for refreshment/ taverna lunch in Lakones, fab!!
