Absolutely amazing way to see the quiet parts of the island. The horses are very well behaved and will look after their riders. The owners and guides are lovely and helpful. Very safe and most of all very fun!

I chose to do the sunrise tour with Kokou. You are picked up from the bus station which was very helpful and also dropped back there. Also helpfully Ivan warned me about the impending ferry strike, he was correct, got stranded at Santorini lol! Have to say the guides are the friendliest, chattiest ones around. Constantly having fun, making conversation, taking pictures etc so well done guys ?? They’re interns so yes you should tip them as its the decent thing to do. The swimming in the sea though was the highlight of my holiday. It was great fun and something ive never done in my 20’years of riding. Would recommend for anyone. My only suggestion would be that if you are a complete beginner it might be a bit too much for you as you do trot and canter so do feel like youd need to be at least a bit confident in the saddle. My pony was quirky but great fun.

Relatively expensive for a tour nothing extraordinary, even boring. Perfect only for children and first-timers. Horses behave like donkeys and do not really swim in the sea, they just walk a little into the sea on the beach. Besides, the photos are not good. They have to learn how to take good pictures. Very overrated !

Hello, I am Emma an Italian girl that is currently volunteering at Kokou Riding Center. I came here the first time when I was nine years old and immediately fell in love with the place, the experience and mostly the horses. This year I had the possibility to come here to learn and help, to be part of the team, and l am extremely grateful for that. I was warmly welcomed by Ivan and Dany the kind, caring and funny owners that love their job and their horses, which return all the love that Ivan and Dany give them. Many negative comments have recently been posted regarding the center, by people who have never been here, that have never met Dany and Ivan or seen this beautiful environment with their own eyes. I hope that future customers won’t be influenced by these unreliable opinions, and that they will come to try this beautiful experience themselves. Lastly, I would like to invite people to think more carefully about the real consequences of their actions and words, because it doesn’t seem like they are. Anyway we are here living our best life, come join us!

I went on the sunrise tour and it was perfect! Easy transfer arranged, friendly staff, gorgeous happy healthy horses. Different experience levels well catered for. The route was stunning, lots of beautiful spots along the way, amazing experience to ride along the beach and swim with the horses in the sea, loved it. I rode behind Jen who led our tour at the front of the ride brilliantly, she was very professional and fun to chat to! Highly recommend this experience.

Ivan and his family were great hosts/guides - highly recommend this place and we’ll be back! He’s one of 3 horse operators on the island and by far the best one for experienced riders but he’s also great with newbies. We did the sunrise tour and swam in the warm ocean with the horses. He’s a true expert at his craft and has has a true passion for animals that shows through your experience. From thinking ahead about your group and matching you to the best horses for your skill level and putting your friends on horses that are friends as well- he’ll keep you entertained, safe, and show you a wonderful ride. This isn’t a slow boring walk, you get to ride over different terrain at different speeds and getting to know the people and a Animals was a real treat!

We recently went on a sunrise tour and it was an unforgettable experience. Dany, Ivan and Arthur gave us a warm welcome and we appreciated the loan of Crocs to avoid our own shoes getting wet in the ocean. Ivan is a knowledgeable and experienced guide. We really appreciated him talking us through good technique and how to improve our riding style. We also learnt a lot about Paros and got some good tips for the rest of our trip! Arthur was also great and very encouraging which put us at ease straight away. We really enjoyed the trail, including the chance to be in the ocean with these amazing horses. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour. It was a magical experience -- a definite highlight of our trip to Paros!
