Ο κύριος που κάνει τα rapid test έχει πολύ ελαφρύ χέρι και δε με ενοχλεί / πονάει καθόλου. Μάλιστα, ότανστην πρώτη μου επίσκεψη εμφανίστηκε μία αχνή γραμμή στο θετικό, προθυμοποιήθηκε να μου επαναλάβει το τεστ απολύτως δωρεάν, επιμένοντας πως σημασία είχε να μάθουμε το σωστό αποτέλεσμα και όχι να πληρώσω δεύτερη φορά. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και τον επαγγελματισμό σας! Με κερδίσατε και σκοπεύω να γίνω σταθερή πελάτισσα. Edit: Στα αρνητικά το ότι δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να γνωρίζεις το ωράριο του καταστήματος, γιατί δεν είναι αναρτημένο πουθενά, ούτε σε φυσική ούτε σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή. Οχτώ στις δέκα φορές που πηγαίνω, το βρίσκω κλειστό. Επίσης, τη συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου στο ταμείο την λες και οριακά αγενή. Μιλάει στον ενικό λες και σε ξέρει κι από χθες και πάτε μαζί για καφέ σαν φιλενάδες. Κρίμα, γιατί αυτό μου χάλασε την πολύ θετική πρώτη εικόνα που είχα και με έκανε να αφαιρέσω ένα αστέρι από την αξιολόγησή μου. Τέλος, το κατάστημα δεν είναι προσβάσιμο σε κινητικά ανάπηρα άτομα, αφού στην είσοδο υπάρχει σκαλοπάτι. Large pharmacy with (usually) polite staff. As a blind customer I have been happy with their service! The gentleman who does the rapid tests has a very light hand and it does not bother / hurt me at all. In fact, when on my first visit a faint line appeared on the positive, he was willing to repeat the test for me completely free of charge, insisting that it was important to find out the correct result and not to pay a second time. Warm congratulations for your impeccable service and professionalism! You beat me and I intend to become a regular customer. Edit: On the negative side, there is no way to know the store's opening hours, because it is not posted anywhere, neither in physical nor in electronic form. Eight out of ten times I go, I find it closed. Also, the behavior of the employee at the cash register is almost marginally rude. He talks in the singular as if he has known you since yesterday and you go for coffee together like girlfriends. Too bad, because that ruined my very positive first image and made me remove a star from my rating. Finally, the store is not accessible to people with disabilities, as there is a staircase at the entrance.
