Sono tutti a 3 metri dal mare, praticamente sulla spiaggia di mikri Vigla che è una delle più belle di Naxos. Siamo ancora qui e rifarei la stessa scelta altre 1000 volte. Personale attento e gentile, ci hanno accontentato su tutto. Estremamente consigliato! The studios and apartments of kolona are what can be defined as "in paradise". They are all 3 meters from the sea, practically on the Mikri Vigla beach which is one of the most beautiful in Naxos. We are still here and I would make the same choice another 1000 times. Attentive and kind staff, they satisfied us on everything. Extremely recommended!
C	Chris G10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 μέρες δεν ήρθε κάνεις να καθαρίσει και γενικά έχω την εντύπωση ότι είχε καιρό να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο,ούτε πετσέτες ούτε σεντόνια μας άλλαξαν,ούτε χαρτί υγείας,τίποτα απολύτως,παρά πολυ παλιά τα έπιπλα και τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια. Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι η θάλασσα είναι δίπλα αλλά πρέπει να την πετύχεις κιόλας χωρίς να φυσάει,αν φυσάει δεν μπορείς να κάνεις μπάνιο και επίσης κάνουν σέρφινγκ,επιχείρησα μια μέρα να βουτήξω με αέρα και ένα πιτσιρίκι που πιθανόν ήταν αρχάριο έκανε σέρφινγκ 1 μέτρο από την άμμο,προτίμησα να μείνει το κεφάλι μου στην θέση του και δεν βούτηξα τελικά. Τις μέρες που δεν φυσάει δεν κάνουν σέρφινγκ και είναι πολύ ωραία η θάλασσα. 4 days no one came to clean and generally I have the impression that it was time to clean the room, no towels or sheets changed, no toilet paper, nothing at all, very old furniture and mattresses on the beds. The only positive thing is that the sea is next to it but you have to reach it without it blowing, if it blows you can not swim and they also do surfing, one day I tried to dive with air and a little one who was probably a beginner did surfing 1 meter from the sand, I preferred to keep my head in place and did not dive in the end. On non-windy days they do not surf and the sea is very nice.

C	Cyril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It is ideally located, beach is 100m and restaurants 5 to 10min walk. You can rent a car very close.. Negative: The apartment was not very clean and doesn't look fresh (old fashioned). The description is not really accurate compare to the place we received, in the description it was mentioned air conditioned although there was only a fan ! In addition nothing was provided for a short stay (salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, sponge, dish soap ...). Wi-Fi was not working in the apartment..

The views from the balcony over Mikri Vigla beach, with the wind & kitesurfing, were great, with a 2minute walk to that beach, or a 20 minute walk to lovely Corallis beach for swimming & sunbathing. 15min walk to 2or 3 great tavernas, 2 mini markets, and a bakery.. Negative: The place has only very basic equipment (bring your own bread knife, washing up stuff, rubbish bags, and toilet roll if you’re staying more than a couple of nights). We stayed 4 nights but the apartment wasn’t cleaned/rubbish wasn’t taken at all, even the bathroom bin). Sunsets are great but bring a torch for walking back after dark..
C	Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The owner was very welcoming even though she couldn't speak English, the Taverna had excellent food and they were very helpful with taking us to local supermarket - made us feel very welcome with some local produce. Negative: Limited cooking facilities.
D	David Arzamendi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The room is very expensive for what it offers (no shower gel, old towels, very uncomfortable mattresses, tiny tv super far away). Also we had an incident with the staff: they tried to charge us the full price again in the checkout, and when we showed them the receipt of Booking and of our bank to prove that it was paid 2 months they started yelling at us with very bad manners and told us that we couldn’t leave without paying with our credit card again. Be very careful with the checkout.

We were very relieved to find another place despite the very good location close to the sea. And do not think about cooking in the kitchen, there is no equipment, no sponge, no soap, no salt... See all bad comments on AirBnb or Booking from travelers.
