F	Faye P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτες τιμές στην κερατίνη, πλήρωσα 139 ευρώ κερατίνη, την οποία στο κοντινό παρελθόν πλήρωνα 120 ευρώ στο ίδιο κομμωτήριο. Όταν ρώτησα γιατί τέτοια αύξηση στην τιμή, είπαν οτι παλαιότερα μάλλον θα το είχα πετύχει με έκπτωση. Που δεν ισχύει καν, εκτός αν ήμουν τόσο τυχερή και μέσα σε έναν χρόνο που είχα κάνει 3 φορές κερατίνη, έτυχε και τις 3 να ήταν σε έκπτωση(!!!). Προφανώς λόγω της αδικαιολόγητης αύξησης, δεν ξαναπήγα. Βρήκα ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ την ίδια μάρκα κερατίνης(την Amazon) σε γνωστό κομμωτήριο της Ν. Σμύρνης, σε μισή τιμή!!!!!! Έφυγα και πλήρωσα 70 ευρώ και είχα ακριβώς τα ίδια αποτελέσματα απο hair experts. Δηλαδή μιλάμε για ακραία κοροιδία οι άνθρωποι. Για να μην αναφέρω ότι πληρώνεις 140 ευρώ, είτε έχεις αγορέ κούρεμα, είτε είσαι η ραπουνζέλ. Ενώ στο άλλο κομμωτήριο πάει με το μάκρος. Το λογικό δηλαδή. Απογοήτευση. Unacceptable prices for keratin, I paid 139 euros for keratin, which in the recent past I paid 120 euros for the same hair salon. When I asked why such a price increase, they said that in the past I would probably have done it with a discount. Which is not even true, unless I was so lucky and within a year I had done 3 times keratin, all 3 happened to be at a discount (!!!). Obviously due to the unjustified increase, I did not go again. I found EXACTLY the same brand of keratin (Amazon) in a well-known hair salon in N. Smyrni, at half price !!!!!! I left and paid 70 euros and had exactly the same results from hair experts. That is, we people are talking about extreme ridicule. Not to mention that you pay 140 euros, whether you have a haircut or you are a rapunzel. While in the other hair salon he goes with the macro. That is the logic. Disappointment.

Παρόλα αυτά ενώ είχα ρωτήσει τηλεφωνικά για το κόστος για λούσιμο και κούρεμα (και για αυτά είχα κλείσει ραντεβού) όταν πήγα να πληρώσω με χρέωσαν και χτένισμα. Κατά την διάρκεια του κουρέματος η κομμώτρια με ρώτησε αν θέλω να μου τα στεγνώσει και να τα ισιώσει για να δει τις λεπτομέρειες στο κούρεμα και να κάνει διορθώσεις. Ε Φυσικά και απάντησα ναι..υπάρχει κάποια γυναίκα που θα έλεγε όχι δεν πειράζει αφήστε με, με άλλες τούφες πιο μακριές και άλλες πιο κοντές για να μην με χρεώσετε χτένισμα??? Και δεν είναι τα λεφτά(που στην εποχή μας κάποιος μπορεί να μετρά και το 1 ευρώ), είναι το οτι δεν με ρώτησαν εάν θέλω στέγνωμα και ίσιωμα σαν έξτρα υπηρεσία, ώστε να το καταλάβω ότι θα χρεωθώ. Θεωρούσα ότι πλέον οι τακτικές αυτές οι κλασικές αλλά παλιές των κομμωτηρίων για χρεώσεις είχαν αλλάξει αλλά έκανα λάθος και μου δόθηκε η εντύπωση ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά και πάνε να βγάλουν χρήματα από όπου μπορούν όπως μπορούν. Κρίμα γιατί κατα τα άλλα μόνο θετική κριτική θα είχα να κάνω. Beautiful place and the hairdresser very kind and good at her job. However, while I had asked on the phone about the cost of shampooing and haircuts (and for that I had made an appointment) when I went to pay I was also charged for a haircut. During the haircut the hairdresser asked me if I wanted her to dry them and straighten them for me to see the details in the haircut and make corrections. E Of course I answered yes..is there a woman who would say no, it does not matter, leave me, with other tufts longer and others shorter so that you do not charge me a hairstyle ??? And it is not the money (which in our time can cost as much as 1 euro), it is that they did not ask me if I want drying and straightening as an extra service, so that I understand that I will be charged. I thought that now these tactics of the classic but old hairdressing salons had changed but I was wrong and I was given the impression that something was wrong and they were going to make money from where they could as they could. Too bad because otherwise I would only have positive criticism to make.
