Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω Wonderful shop, Konstantina served me and helped me a lot, she was incredible and she gives you an opinion to help you even more. I have no complaints and I will definitely prefer it again

Είναι ευγενέστατοι και προσχαροι τόσο η κοπέλα όσο και ο άλλος υπαλληλος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! I was completely satisfied with the service of the children who work there as they helped me find the glasses I wanted. Both the girl and the other employee are very kind and happy. I highly recommend it !!
R	Rodanna K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ένα όμορφο μικρό μαγαζί στην καρδιά του κέντρου. Έχει ωραία βιτρίνα που τραβάει τα βλέμματα και θέλεις να περάσεις από εκεί να δεις τι εχει. Παρόλα αυτά, από την πρόσφατη εμπειρία μου που είχα, δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη από την πώληση στο κατάστημα. Επίσης όλες οι τιμές είναι κατά 10€ πιο πάνω από το ηλεκτρονικό τους κατάστημα. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μην αγοράσω το προιον που ήθελα, χωρίς να με πειράζει ιδιαίτερα η τιμή που ήταν αυξημένη από αυτήν που ήξερα ήδη. Δεν αξιολογώ την ΚΟΜΟΝΟ αλλά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Προσωπικά δεν έφυγα με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. It is a beautiful small shop in the heart of the center. It has a nice showcase that catches the eye and you want to go through there to see what it has. However, from my recent experience, I was not happy with the sale in the store. Also all prices are 10 € more than their online store. The result was that I did not buy the product I wanted, without being particularly bothered by the price that was higher than the one I already knew. I do not evaluate KOMONO but the specific store. Personally, I did not leave with the best impressions.

Από τις καλύτερες εξυπηρετήσεις που είχα ποτέ. Με εξυπηρέτησε γρήγορα και με πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Άψογη επαγγελματίας και άριστη συμπεριφορά! The store is very nice and has nice glasses in the center of Thessaloniki. The girl employee Konstantina is very approachable, polite and smiling. One of the best services I have ever had. He served me quickly and with great interest. Flawless professional and excellent behavior!
Α	Α-Μ Τζαν on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανοντας update οφείλω να πω πως ο κύριος που εργάζεται στο κατάστημα, πηγαίνοντας 2 μέρες μετά, ασχολήθηκε με το ρολόι μου και το επιδιόρθωσε χωρίς να εχει αντίστοιχο τμήμα το καταστημα, απλώς γιατί ενδιαφέρθηκε! Τον ευχαριστώ πραγματικά και αλλάζω την αξιολόγηση γιατί εκεινος με εξυπηρέτησε επειδή ήθελε να εξυπηρετήσει. Πολλά μπράβο σ αυτούς τους υπαλλήλους! Το μαγαζί είναι πολύ όμορφο αλλα η υπάλληλος με απογοήτευσε. Είχε δύο κοπέλες τουρίστριες οι οποίες κοιτούσαν γυαλια.περιμενα στην είσοδο,λόγω περιορισμού του αριθμού των ατόμων, 10 λεπτά. Είχα ενημερώσει ότι θέλω μια ερώτηση για μια επιδιόρθωση ρολογιού μου είπε να περιμένω. Με είδε η τουρίστρια και βγήκε η κοπέλα για να μπω να κάνω την ερώτηση. Δεν έχω απαίτηση να εξυπηρετηθω αν δεν είναι η σειρά μου αλλά όσο οι κοπέλες κοιτούσαν μπορούσε να έρθει να της κάνω την ερώτηση και αν έκρινε ότι δεν μπορούσε να απαντήσει απευθείας θα περίμενα κ άλλο. Με ενόχλησε η αδιαφορία Making an update I have to say that the gentleman who works in the store, going 2 days later, dealt with my watch and repaired it without having a corresponding section in the store, just because he was interested! I really thank him and I change the rating because he served me because he wanted to serve. Well done to these employees! The store is very nice but the clerk disappointed me. He had two young girls who were looking at glasses. I waited at the entrance, due to the limited number of people, for 10 minutes. I was informed that I want a question about a watch repair he told me to wait. The tourist saw me and the girl came out to come and ask the question. I have no requirement to be served if it is not my turn but while the girls were watching she could come and ask her the question and if she thought she could not answer directly I would wait any longer. I was bothered by indifference

E	Elena Fatisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of sunglasses last week, realized that one of lenses was faulty after 3 days of buying them, then went back for a replacement and I was told it cannot be done and they suggested that I might have done it (even if I have barely used them as bought them less than a week ago). I have to rather contact the headquarters in Belgium to investigate for a faulty pair of sunglasses that were sold to me. Not helpful customer service. A real pity as it’s a great sunglass store.
