Ρ	ΡΟΥΛΑ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/8/20 αγόρασα από αυτό το κατάστημα ένα χαλάκι κοκοφοίνικα (1,5Χ2μ), κόστος 120€ και τα μεταφορικά για Πάτρα δικά μου. Η παραγγελία ήταν τηλεφωνική, γιατί δεν υπάρχει φόρμα παραγγελίας στη συγκεκριμένη ιστοσελίδα. Όταν παρέλαβα το χαλί το άνοιξα, αλλά δεν είδα κάτι. Το έβαλα στην αποθήκη και το έστρωσα τώρα. Μετά από μια μέρα που πατήθηκε και δεν ήταν τόσο κολλαριστό, φάνηκε στη μια πλευρά ένα κόψιμο 6 εκ. Το ρέλι είναι περασμένο κανονικά από πάνω και το latex υπόστρωμα από κάτω και φαίνεται ελάχιστα, αλλά με τη χρήση εκεί θα αρχίσει να χαλάει. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα, έστειλα και φωτογραφίες (τις επισυνάπτω) και αφού επικοινώνησαν με τη βιοτεχνία, γιατί όπως είπαν αυτοί μόνο τα εμπορεύονται, αμφισβήτησαν ότι το κόψιμο υπήρχε εξαρχής κι ότι έγινε από εμένα κι ότι πέρασαν 3 μήνες και δεν είναι αποδεκτή επιστροφή. Τελικά μου είπαν να το στείλω κατευθείαν στη βιοτεχνία (με μεταφορικά δικά μου φυσικά), χωρίς καμία εγγύηση για αποκατάσταση. Εγώ συναλλαγή είχα με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και όχι με τη βιοτεχνία, αλλά είπα να δείξω καλή θέληση μήπως λυθεί το πρόβλημα. Όμως τα μεταφορικά από Πάτρα είναι υψηλά, θα μου κοστίσει το λιγότερο 30€ πήγαινε-έλα και από την αντιμετώπιση δε μου ενέπνευσαν καμία εμπιστοσύνη ότι θα βρω λύση και θά ΄χω πληρώσει κι άλλα χαμένα λεφτά. Αποφάσισα αφού θα πληρώσω έτσι κι αλλιώς, να ψάξω για επισκευή με κάποια τρέσα ίσως να καλύψει το κόψιμο και να προστατέψει το χαλί. Δε συνιστώ το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για ηλεκτρονικές αγορές από μακριά. Δεν έχει οργανωμένη υπηρεσία επιστροφών κι αν κάτι πάει στραβά, όπως στη δική μου περίπτωση κι ο πελάτης δεν μπορεί να πάει εκεί, δε θα βγάλει άκρη και θα ζημιωθεί οικονομικά. 5/8/20 I bought from this store a coconut mat (1,5x2m), cost 120 € and the transport for Patras mine. The order was by phone, because there is no order form on this site. When I received the carpet I opened it, but I did not see anything. I put it in the warehouse and laid it now. After a day that was pressed and was not so sticky, a 6 cm cut appeared on one side. The relay is normally passed from above and the latex substrate from below and it looks minimal, but with the use there it will start to spoil. I contacted the store, I also sent photos (I attach them) and after they contacted the craft, because as they said they only trade them, they disputed that the cut existed from the beginning and that it was done by me and that 3 months have passed and no return is acceptable. Eventually I was told to send it directly to the craft (with my own shipping course), without any guarantee for restoration. I had a transaction with the specific store and not with the craft, but I said to show good will lest the problem be solved. But the transport from Patras is high, it will cost me at least 30 € come and go and from the treatment they did not inspire any confidence that I will find a solution and I will pay more lost money. I decided after I would pay anyway, to look for a repair with some tress maybe it will cover the cut and protect the carpet. I do not recommend this particular store for online shopping. It does not have an organized return service and if something goes wrong, as in my case and the customer can not go there, he will not give up and will be financially damaged.
