Ενώ είναι εμφανές ότι έχουν πολύ υψηλά επίπεδα τεχνογνωσίας, υπάρχουν πολλοί δυσαρεστημένοι πελάτες (κυρίως ταξιτζήδες) λόγω του τρόπου διαχείρισης τους και λόγω κακής συμπεριφοράς...
