Immediate service but lack of information .. first time I went to my sewing machine somewhere for service and when I asked to know what exactly it contains and what I need to know I did not get an answer by phone, (my girlfriend answered that she is not an engineer) so when I received it I had to I ask about three times what a service includes because I do not know and they insisted to answer that it is done in the service..with a dry we oiled it at the end .. Nevertheless they put a guarantee sticker on me (and I do not know how to use it since I do not know what exactly M did ??) should be informed in the specific store that the service is paid and the courtesy as well as the willingness for service is appreciated and in the long run you only come out victorious ....
