★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that little oasis in the middle of the tourist hell especially in the high season. The silence in the night and song of the crickets was ruined in the summer of 2017 by the appearance of the near by hotel that had a disco night and awful loud music. You can't visit this area without a car because it's too far from any shops or restorants. It's located up in the hill and it takes like 140ish steps down to the beach. The beach is quiet, not too visited. Not because no one knows about it but because it's a typical Methamorfosi beach - red sand and some bushes of the sea grass. Although the water is very clear, this can only be OK for a quick evening swim and enjoying the sun down colors. I would recommend it to the people without children who wants to enjoy silence, fresh air and solitude ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now is almost all close by private properties. You still have an access to the beach by a narrow path, but tracks on the forest are close with fences and signs of no trespass private property

You are surrounded by a dense pine forest with singing birds and nice pine smell and a secluded beach, where the water deepens very gently, making it ideal for families with small kids. The many kilometers of quiet rough road, are ideal for walking, hiking and bicycling, with Metamorfosi village being just 2km away (20min walking) and Nikiti village 5km away.
